Dr. Ahmed Ramzi Salman. MB. BCh. BAO. BMedSc. was born in Iraq in 1970. Medicine runs in the family, as Dr Salmans mother is a pediatrician and his sister in an onco-plastic breast surgeon. He completed his pre-med in Texas, USA. He then moved to Ireland and did Medicine in UCD, Dublin and graduated with Honours in surgery. He completed his general surgery training in Ireland and afterwards he returned to USA to train under the renowned Dr. Michael E. DeBakey in Cardiothoracic Surgery at the Methodist Hospital in Houston. It was during this time that Dr. Salman decided to branch into the area of Aesthetic plastic Surgery. He then went to Australia to receive further training in Breast Surgery and returned to Texas to complete specialist training in the John Tebbett technique for Breast surgery.

Passionate and innovatory about his work, Dr. Salman has practiced as an Aesthetic surgeon for the last eight years in Ireland. In 2005 Dr. Salman established Park west clinic, a specialized day surgery centre and the first of its kind in Ireland. It encompasses state of the art operating facilities and is accredited by the NTPF. This operating facility incorporates Dr. Salmans beloved Auralia Cosmetics, the leading cosmetic surgery provider in Ireland with clinics in Kilkenny, Limerick and Dublin.

He has performed over 7000 aesthetic surgery procedures. He was the first cosmetic surgeon to introduce the Biodynamic Breast Augmentation system to ireland, and the first to use it in ireland and the UK.

He has a special interest in the Internal Mastoplexy Technique and has vast experience in the area of laser aesthetics and Tumescent liosuction.

Mr John Loy is a Consultant Upper GI and Bariatric Surgeon in Auralia, Ireland where he is lead bariatric surgeon and head of the bariatric unit. After medical school in Belfast, Mr Loy went on to complete higher surgical training in the UK, specialising in Upper GI and Bariatric surgery. He has extensive training at Royal College of Surgeons Fellowship level in both weight loss surgery and advanced keyhole surgery. With over 10 years experience at Consultant level and as one of the highest volume UK weight loss surgeons, John is delighted to bring his vast experience in metabolic and weight loss surgery from Harley Street London to Dublin. He has performed over 2000 bariatric procedures including gastric sleeve, bypass and complex revisional surgery for those with bariatric complications from surgery performed abroad. He is an accredited surgical trainer, having been appointed Royal College of Surgeons College Tutor for his London hospital and higher surgical trainer for the London Deanery. Mr Loy has a special research interest in obesity related fatty liver disease and collaborates on this with the renowned Blizard Institute in London. This work lead to his recent appointment as Honorary Senior Lecturer in Surgery at Queen Mary University, London. He has authored book chapters and research articles on weight loss surgery and continues to teach and lecture at national and international conferences. Mr Loy spent a year working in the world-renowned NYU Langone Medical Centre in New York with Professors George Fielding and Professor Christine Ren Fielding. Some of the best practices he learned in New York have carried through to his work both in the UK and here in Ireland. Most importantly, John prides himself on his personal approach to each patient, tailoring surgical and non surgical options to suit the individual who seeks his help.

Dr Mitic is a highly skilled expert in plastic and aesthetic surgery, having performed over ten thousand surgeries throughout his extensive career. His experience in cosmetic surgery includes teaching masterclasses across Europe, contributing to the training of upcoming plastic surgeons. Dr Mitic completed his specialisation in Plastic, Aesthetic, and Reconstructive Surgery at the Virgen del Rocío University Hospital in Seville, Spain, from 1993 to 2003. Since then, he has worked in prominent plastic surgery clinics throughout Europe. Coming from a family rooted in Medicine, Dr Mitic chose the path of studying medicine to contribute to helping people. He expresses dedication to surgery as a means of making a positive impact, citing the joy and increased self-confidence of his patient’s post-surgery as affirmation of his chosen path. Residing in Cabinteely, Co Dublin, with his wife, who is also a plastic surgeon at St. James Hospital in Dublin, and their three children, Dr Mitic's interests extend beyond surgery. Dr. Ibraheem Mu'azzam Tunau is an accomplished General Surgeon with a special focus on breast surgery. Dr. Tunau graduated from the prestigious Ahmadu Bello University in Nigeria 1989. He also completed his fellowship of the Royal College of Surgeons in Ireland (FRCSI), in 2000, he then refined his skills in laparoscopic surgery, earning a diploma from the European Institute of Telesurgery in Strasbourg, France. Dr. Tunau has performed over 2,000 breast surgeries! Dr. Ibraheem has over 30 years of clinical experience, where he served in numerous prestigious medical institutions across Ireland, including the Mater Misericordiae University Hospital and St. Vincent’s University Hospital in Dublin. Dr Ibraheem contributed significantly to breast surgery, particularly within specialist breast units, and recognition for his research with awards for best case and poster presentations at surgical meetings in 2007 and 2009. Dr Tunau is known for his attention to details and his people skills, where he is usually very understanding and attentive and always puts his patient’s safety and goals as a top priority.
