We had a facelift, neck lift and eyes upper and lower. The hospital was clean and the staff were competent. The nursing staff had very basic English but we all got on fine with Google Translate. In addition, the clinic staff were always available and had excellent English. The Surgeon spoke excellent English so we were able to have a thorough discussion about the surgery, any concerns and aftercare. The Surgeon was kind and caring and came to see me twice a day after the operation. Transport between the airport, hotel and hospital was very good despite the initial meet and greet when there was confusion as to where they would meet us off the plane. To clarify this. My biggest complaint relates to the transport it was always late and when you have to get back to the airport and have your stitches/wounds cleaned etc and you are still waiting at your hotel then it is a big problem. Times were agreed upon for pick up but they were always late and I needed to chase the clinical team many times about this. The chosen hotel Elite Grand was very comfortable. Although not a huge amount around the hotel. The surgery progressed well and early indications show promising results although, of course, I cannot give a final comment on the effects at this stage. I felt safe throughout the procedure and would highly recommend this clinic. Please be reassured that you are in safe hands My partner could stay at the hospital with me 24/7 which was reassuring and the hospital provided meals for both of us. Around the hospital, there are little supermarkets and a little shopping centre with nice restaurants and a Burger King. So the five stars are for the surgery but I would give one star for the logistics/transport etc

BBL and breast fat injection. I recently had a Brazilian Butt Lift surgery at Clineca Clinic in Istanbul, and I must say that my overall experience was positive. From the moment I stepped foot in Istanbul, I was greeted by a team of extraordinary individuals who went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and well-being. Selen, Kubra, Yagmur, and Malik were like guardian angels, providing unwavering support, thoughtfulness, and care throughout my stay, both in the clinic and even after I returned home. I am eternally grateful to them for everything they have done for me. I would like to thank Dr. Mulat Polat, the surgeon who performed my BBL, for his skill and honesty. Initially, I expressed interest in getting breast implants, but Dr. Polat advised against it, explaining that it might not be the best choice for me. Instead, he offered an alternative solution by using fat injections to enhance the roundness and symmetry of my breasts. I truly appreciated his honesty and professional guidance. I couldn't be happier with the results. That's the reason why I give Clineca Clinic a 5-star rating. The entire team deserves it and went above and beyond to make this major surgery as smooth and successful as possible for me. However, I would like to mention some drawbacks related to the care provided by external entities. The staff at the public hospital where the surgery took place lacked English proficiency and didn't show the same level of compassion as the Clineca staff. They seemed more focused on discharging patients quickly rather than considering their well-being. This resulted in discomfort during my recovery, with lights being turned on while I was sleeping and unnecessary noise disrupting my rest. After being discharged, I returned to the hotel with a drain in my back and experienced difficulties during the first two nights. The leaking drain caused blood stains on the bed and floor, and I felt really alone and in pain without proper assistance. The assigned hotel nurse, although available in case of emergencies, was not from Clineca and couldn't provide the same level of care and support. One aspect I would have appreciated from Clineca is more comprehensive information regarding possible post-surgery complications, such as drain displacement or lymphatic oedema. When you observe changes in your body, it is difficult to discern whether they are normal or cause for concern Until your follow-up appointment with the doctor. Fortunately, Yagmur, the nurse specializing in massages, noticed my apprehension and took the time to explain things to me. She reassured me by explaining that all that I was going through was actually normal. One advice: don’t undergo a BBL surgery alone. Having someone by your side to assist you throughout the recovery process is essential. I was fortunate to have supportive neighbours who became my pillars of support. They helped me with various tasks, provided companionship, and offered comfort during challenging moments.

I do not know how to articulate my absolute awe and gratitude towards Dr Melih Can and his team. From researching which doctor to go with for over 3 years and having a consultation (online) with the doctor and his assistant, I knew from that moment that he was the right one for my surgery. I still took a few months after that to pluck up the courage, but eventually, I’m so glad I trusted my instinct. The team has been great at answering any questions, they are very open, kind and honest people. The doctor is also extremely intelligent and knows exactly what is best for his patients, advising but also adhering to my own requirements. Surgery is an art, one which Dr Melih Can has mastered perfectly for rhinoplasty and I’m sure the other areas of surgical expertise. If you’re wondering whether he is the right surgeon for you, I’d say to do your research in other places and also have a consultation at least with the doctor. I am a perfectionist by nature and very very particular, so if he can provide the most beautiful natural results as he has with me, I have no doubt he will outdo your expectations too. The treatment is very good at this hospital. Everything was pretty straightforward from pick up and transfer to the hospital. Provided good pain relief. The hotel was good, fairly quiet. Nice and clean. Food was also ok.
