I am a tourist and found Dr Gilis while searching the internet. His staff responded immediately to my inquiry about an appointment and spoke English. The clinic is located in a beautiful neighborhood in Riga and is very easy to find. The staff is professional, efficient, and kind. Dr Gilis is great! He is knowledgeable and very good at what he does. I felt quite comfortable with him and with the staff, and knew I was in good hands the minute I entered the clinic. The charge for services was very reasonable which was a big plus in my book! I give the clinic a 10 on a scale from 1 to 10!

I came to an initial consultation with a surgeon at the clinic regarding an otoplasty revision procedure. The surgeon said that she did not have the experience required for the type of surgery that I required and recommended an alternative clinic. The surgeon's frankness and honesty are praiseworthy. The Dermatology Clinic seems to be run in a very professional manner and is highly recommended.

Professional, helpful and friendly team. My medical manager who assisted me before treatment and during whole trip was super cute and caring, helped me organizing everything I needed. My plastic surgeon was fantastic, he made me calm and not stressed. I am more than happy with my tummy result, it was my dream for many years. Finally it came true with this amazing team. She even spent her day off at the clinic with me while I had my surgery, this I am very grateful as I was doing it on my own in a different country. Nick the surgeon is amazing at what he does also. I am a patient of Dr. Birbe since 2020, I had a total of 4 treatments with him. The first time it has been a double surgery, blepharoplasty together with otoplasty. I am super happy to say both eyes look perfect over 2 years later. Otoplasty was also flawless. More recently I had very conservative nose surgery. I can now breathe much better and all the aesthetic targets we defined during the consultation were achieved. I also started an invisalign treatment in his clinic with Dr. Planas about one month ago. I would like to say Dr. Birbe was always very attentive to my needs, and overall is always a pleasure to relate with him during the consultation and follow-up, as one gets the feeling he does really understand and care for you as a patient.
