Very caring and professional I had a labioplasty two weeks ago, and from the very first consultation, I had a very good feeling. Both the expertise and excellent reputation of the clinic, as well as the care provided by Dr Beatriz Ruiz de Gauna Vives, gave me a great sense of confidence. I especially appreciated the full support throughout the entire process from the patient coordinator, Kristina. I never experienced a service like that before, and now I wish it existed in every clinic. I never felt alone, and my nervousness was significantly reduced thanks to the warm and friendly conversations with her. It felt as if a friend was accompanying me. Even after the procedure, I stayed in close contact with her, and she helped me with all the organisational things. A very valuable help in a clinic where the doctors of course, are mostly occupied with a lot of patients all the time. I am now two weeks into the recovery phase and have not experienced any complications. The contact with both the doctor and the coordinator is always available whenever I need it, which makes me feel very safe. Unfortunately, I won’t be able to fully evaluate the final result for a few more months, but from what I can see so far, I am very satisfied and would choose Clínica Planas again at any time.

Visited the Clinic and had a mole removal treatment. The receptionist and doctor seen were professional and polite, and I had the receptionist present as a translator for clarity on consultation. Great value for money, I would recommend Clinica Mejorate

My happy journey with the IM Clinic started from the moment when I received a message from Aida, my personal patient coordinator. She guided me through the whole process from enquiry to surgery. Thanks to her professional support and fluent English, so I never felt lost. She organised online consultations with Dr Rosell (mammoplasty) and with Dr Beltrán (rhinoplasty) for me. During the online consultations the surgeons answered all my questions, accounted for all my wishes and gave me their professional advice. Aida helped me to choose a surgery date and told me about good accommodation near the clinic which proved to be a very helpful suggestion. The clinic is fully equipped with the latest technology. The room is like a 5star hotel room with IM branded toiletries, internet TV, motorised adjustable bed and an extra sofa bed where your companion may stay in the room with you throughout your entire visit. The food at the clinic's cafe and the room service food was delicious. The clinic's staff was very attentive and professional. My special thanks to Dr Rosell and Dr Beltrán for their brilliant work. I am grateful for them accommodating postoperative examinations before I flew back home. I am glad that I followed their recommendations regarding the details of the surgeries - the results have surpassed my expectations. I feel much happier about my body and my quality of life has also improved thanks to their work. The coordinator Tania, who held my hand when I saw my new nose in the mirror for the first time. She offered to arrange a free aftercare massage and an additional online post-surgery check up with Dr Rosell. The anaesthetist, who was very thorough, informative and comforted me before the surgery. The whole nursing team (especially Maria) who took care of me during and after the surgery. They were all very supportive and friendly, so I felt like I was in professional hands at all times. I'm very happy with the result. I highly recommend IM Clinic in Barcelona.

I went to the clinic to discuss the possibility of a breast enhancement. I had already visited a number of other specialists in Europe and had not felt 100% confident in the process methods and results. The consultation I had here was really excellent, the doctor was extremely knowledgeable and also listened closely to my concerns and requirements. He gave me good feedback about what I could expect and the pros and cons of each type of method available. Dr De Benito also came to check on me, which was quite special. We tried out different breast forms and were happy to test the looks aesthetically. Overall, this was a very positive experience and has given me a lot of confidence to consider going ahead with the team.

My experience of the service provided by Dr Herrero and his team was based on my Rhinoplasty operation. I would like to report that the team were excellent from start to finish. I am very happy with the results, and I would highly recommend them. I will be returning next year for other treatments. The hospital is extremely clean and modern, the room was huge, a couple of minor things I would have changed, like the op was booked for 4 pm, which meant no food all day, a morning op would have been better. Language is a little challenging, but we managed. I'd like to specially mention Aida & Maribe, who are very friendly and helpful. The two surgeons are amazing. Highest recommendation from me.

I contacted Aida to find information on options for a Rhinoplasty and mentoplasty. They were highly professional and prompt in providing me with information, diverse options and arranging video appointments with surgeons. They also instructed me on all the details necessary to advance the process and coordination to facilitate the surgery. Sadly, I had to postpone due to current problems with ensuring arrival dates due to the airline’s fuel problems. They are an efficient and friendly team, always quick to answer, and my experience was excellent.

Gynecomastia played with me for years! I’m glad it has been removed. Cost including flights was about 2,400. I have a slight issue but unsure if it was due the compression vest or the surgery but I have a slight dimple in my chest now, would rather that than the lump, however still only 5 weeks post op.
