I went to Allmedica, Nowy Targ, Poland in March 2024 for a total knee replacement. From the moment of enquiry, I was gently guided through the process by the professional team there. It was all so easy...and very affordable. It is now almost 5 weeks later and I'm already walking without aid and am far more comfortable than before. I want to send my thanks to everyone involved in ending the pain I've lived with for the past 4 years. If I had waited for a local hospital to do the operation I would have had at least another year of pain and, if it was anything like when I had my first knee done - I would still be learning how to use crutches! Special thanks go to Beatta for organising everything; Oskar for being the most professional, organised, friendly and efficient host; the nurses who tended to me night and day while in the hospital; the doctors and surgery teams; and to Gorsia for the daily physio regimen. I'm a new man!

The advantages of surgical nose correction are obvious, we all realize how important is the shape and size of our nose and how it influence the general appearance of our face. Unfortunately, it often happens that our nose is not what we would expect it to be, as being too big or crooked, it disfigures the way we look, distracting others from seeing the beauty of our eyes or lips. It damages our self-esteem and makes us feel unattractive. Rhinoplasty may be the only solution to improve our appearance and self-confidence. The procedure can: change the size, shape, profile and proportions of the nose, correct nose tip, septum and nostrils. It can be done under local or general anesthesia, depending on which type of surgery will be performed. Also, the incisions and corrections will be individualized to the needs and requirements of each and every patient. After several weeks following the surgery, the swallowing should dissipate, however the final result of the procedure will be visible after up to one year. The changes will appear gradually until our nose achieves the aimed effect. Within the first years, we can notice swallowing that occur in the mornings.

I arrived home in the UK after my breast uplift surgery in KCM clinic on Tuesday. I spent 7 nights in Poland for this surgery with 3 of those nights as a patient in KCM. I have to firstly thank Dr Kierzynka, you are incredible at your work, even if I did drive you crazy changing my mind about implants, but I’m truly glad I followed your advice, after all, you are super educated and professional! You made me feel at ease, and you listened to me, as it is daunting being away from home in another country and having surgery for the first time, you have given me my confidence back, and for that, I will be forever grateful to you. Dr Chabab, the anaesthesiologist, thank you for making me laugh 😂 right before my surgery. You don’t realise how much that helped. I was so scared going into the theatre, but you took my mind off it by making jokes. You’re amazing at your job!
