Dr Ozge and team were amazing. A disciplined and sincere approach was the key for my decision. My facelift surgery took around 3 hours and needed to stay in the hospital 2 nights Recovery was smooth and left back to Germany after 6 days with small bruises on the neck and under eyes Best decision since I turned to 50. I recommend him for the people who are looking for a decent surgeon who knows what he is doing in the most possible realistic way.

Hospital Service was good. The interaction was excellent. Her name is Aylia, and she was very helpful. Dr Adem was a very good surgeon and cooperative, but when they took me for Ear surgery, but hospital management should have given me an interpreter so that patient could still communicate because of a language barrier. I struggled in the operating theatre because of a language barrier. Thanks ✅️ Happy 😊

I had an exceptional experience here. After extensive research and reading numerous positive reviews, I decided to contact the clinic via WhatsApp. Although communication was occasionally slow, being clear with your queries helps. The clinic is centrally located, easy to find, and boasts a stunning interior. Everything is top-of-the-line. I was greeted warmly, and everyone involved from the customer service team, reception, nurses and surgeon were all incredibly kind, which helped ease my nerves. From start to finish, I felt safe and heard. This team is amazing. Highly recommended.

I recently underwent eyelid surgery (blepharoplasty) with Dr.Karantonis and am absolutely thrilled with the experience. I needed a lesion on my forearm removed. Having located Thornhill Clinic in a brief online search, I submitted an enquiry form, which elicited a speedy response. The receptionist was exceptionally warm, friendly, and courteous. On the day of the appointment, my first in-person contact with the staff, I was immediately put at ease. The doctor was warm, friendly, and informal in his manner, which was both reassuring and confidence-inspiring. He patiently talked me through the options available, and performed the surgical procedure with the utmost precision and professionalism—to my untrained eye, anyway! I don't suffer from the so-called 'white coat' syndrome. But, if I did, the nurse would have dispelled it with her friendly banter! I highly recommend Thornhill Clinic. They ticked all the boxes for me.

I was reluctant to go under general anesthetic in hospital, and having read many wonderful reviews about Nuacell I had a partial circumcision for a tight foreskin done under sedation on 14/02/25. I concur will all these reviews, the procedure was painless and I'm very happy with the result. Dr Sam is very considerate and respectful and puts you at ease throughout the process. My son, Dhruv Kanwar , had a big corn under his foot and Dr. Rohit Krishna operated on his foot. I chose this clinic because of Dr. Rohit Krishna and it was a neat and clean clinic which was also close to my house. He did it with such perfection that my son who had difficulty walking , was on his feet within days. Dr. Krishna followed his recovery with lot of care. I travelled over from the UK and chose Dr Ashraf because of his amazing reviews on what clinic. Initially, I looked at having surgery in Lithuania but because I have a love for Egypt and have travelled alone on numerous occasions and felt safe I knew this was the best option. Plus it meant I got to recuperate in the warm sun, bonus all around!!! Before my travel, I had initially spoken with Ghada manager of Breast and body on many occasions via WhatsApp. Ghada set up a consultation with Dr Ashraf over Zoom. I arrived in Cairo and went to Dr Ashraf's clinic for pre-op blood work ECG and echocardiogram. Which I could have had in the UK but I knew I would find it very difficult to get this done with our health service. So it was easier to get it done at the clinic and I am so glad I chose to do this. The clinic itself is immaculate clean hygienic and very well organised. My first impression exceeded my expectations. I was greeted first by the wonderful Barbara, who gave me the nicest of welcomes as did the lovely Ghada. They truly welcome you with open arms. I instantly felt at ease and felt I had known them for years. Barbara accompanied me for my blood work and the echocardiogram and ECG, then took me to meet the amazing Dr Ashraf. He is a phenomenal person not only is Dr Ashraf a surgeon of the highest degree, but he is a warm, empathetic gentleman, whose work ethic is second to none. He is a complete perfectionist and an artist who cares 100 per cent about his patients and ensures the best results. Initially, I wasn't sure if breast augmentation was for me, but he listened to me and he went through the entire procedure and we both agreed and small implants.. At this point,t I knew I had made the right choice and I knew I was in safe hands. I had now gone from being nervous to being extremely excited. Needless to say, I am more than happy and honestly feel blessed that I found Dr Ashraf and his incredible team. I would never consider going anywhere else for surgery. I had my surgery at Shifa Hospital a few days later. Which is an outstanding hospital. Special thank you to Barbara for escorting me to the hospital and staying with me till I went down to the theatre. Dr Ashraf came to see me before the theatre and marked me up and again went over the whole procedure. Which made me even more excited! I requested Fatma Dr Ashraf's nurse to stay 24 hours with me in the hospital. I was so happy I did this as she was a total godsend and it was so nice to wake up to a friendly face. She is just the sweetest girl ( I wanted to take her home ) so another special thanks goes out to her. As Fatma looked after me every clinic day changing my dressings and helped getting me into my compression garment! I honestly thought I would never get on!!! The surgery itself was surprisingly easy to go through. I didn't experience any pain other than a sore back as I had to be hunched over. I was taken care of in a phenomenal way not only by Dr Ashraf but by all his amazing staff. I am now 14 days post-op. The scars look amazing already I was shocked when I saw them on day 4 as they looked so neat and were already healing so good. They look even better and my body is changing every day. I am in love with my new body which I know will only improve over time. It has given me a new lease of life and confidence I never thought I would have. I can't wait for next summer and wear a bikini and be comfortable and confident for the first time in years. The aftercare is second to none. The beautiful Dr Inji messages every few days via WhatsApp for updates and photos. I would not have received this level of care in the UK or Lithuania. So this review is for any of you debating what to do, where to go and feeling nervous. It's a big leap I know. But this is one leap if faith I am so glad I took as I landed in the safest and most caring hands who I now class as very dear friends, who hold a special place in my heart and I will be eternally grateful.
