Six weeks ago I had a gynecomastia procedure carried out by Dr Shevtsov. I am incredibly happy. I never even dreamed that my chest could look so good. I have had adipose-glandular gynecomastia since I was a teenager due to my being overweight. As I lost weight the fat always remained. The Dr did liposuction and excised the glands. I can't feel anything stiff or hard now. My chest is finally flat and the scars are now almost invisible. Thank you for boosting my confidence. Regarding the clinic its clean and modern building. The staff is helpful and speak English. During the consultation, there was Anna who helped the surgeon and made sure I understood everything. Ola helped me with the documents. The procedure went smoothly. I rate the pain as 2/10. I stayed overnight at the clinic and the next day a driver took me to my hotel. I came back for a follow-up appointment. I spent 4 days in Wroclaw. I am incredibly happy that I decided to have this procedure.

This kind of treatment is dedicated for women and man ho have sagging and excess skin of the upper eyelids.Most of cause the treatment is done in local anesthesia. General anesthesia is only in cause of more difficult eyelid correction or if its in combination with other treatment like for example face lift.  The upper eyelid can be corrected by the incisions in the natural crease on the eyelid. The scars results will be hidden in the natural structure of the eyelid. 
Eyelid surgery - lower lid from 6000 zł
Procedure is performed in local anesthesia or in more difficult cause in general anesthesia. Removal of the excess skin and fat bag may be corrected  with an incision just below the lower lash line. Following an eyelid correction procedure, topical antibiotic ointment will be applied. Remove of the stitches need to be done about 10 days after treatment.

2020 was supposed to be the the start of my journey at KCM Clinic for a full face & neck lift upper & lowers eye lids. Then covid hit us so I couldn’t go! Tried again that same year in August but for personal reasonings it wasn’t meant to be. Fast forward January 2025, I was at KCM Clinic on a Patients Group Trip ( a group of patients who travel together with a patient manager, in my case Kim ) I arrived with every expectation of having what I desired eventually! With the thorough examinations & diagnostic tests unfortunately I wasn’t able to have the surgery due to several factors. I was devastated! But i smoked, i had anemia , ( discovered via the post op tests when I arrived ) and i was on medication that made my hands swell twice the size. So , with another consultation with Dr Luniewska, she agreed to preform upper eyelid correction. I was happy to still be having something but grateful it was under local anaesthesia and I knew I wasn't taking any risks. 6 Months later with a proper diet , addition of vitamin d/c and arnica plus i stopped smoking enforced with all the advice given from Kim and Dr Luniewska I finally had my dream op on the Summer Group Trip! All the medical team are lovely. Dr Luniewska is very professional. She takes no risks and does not give false expectations. The nurses were good and knew there job well as well as the co ordinators based in the clinic. The clinic is spotless! Kim the international patients manager was super professional/caring and their when you need anything! Even brought us a latte once we were allowed to drink. If your thinking about surgery abroad there’s only one place and that's KCM Clinic especially group trips if your nervous or have no one to travel with. I highly recommend and I also encourage everyone to take the pre op instructions carefully and prepare. I'm now one week post op and im healing perfectly and already starting to see the results. Eyelid correction, also called blepharoplasty, is a procedure that rejuvenates lower and upper parts of eyes, removing puffiness, eye bags or wrinkles. After the treatment, the face look fresh and alert. The main aim of the procedure is taking away the excess fat and skin from the area, caused by loss in firmness and elasticity. It is recommended mostly to adult men and women who wish to keep their young look for longer. The surgery is usually performed under local anesthesia. The incisions are made within natural contours of our eyes, so that the scars were as invisible as it is possible. They are closed with absorbable stitches. It itakes some times to see the first results, as the swelling and bruising occurs. Gradually, the skin around the eyes will become smoother and the face much younger and better looking. The final effect is seen after several weeks, however it takes up to one year for the incision lines to fade within the natural contours of our eyes. To some extent, the results will be permanent, however with time new aging signs will appear. Therefore, it is necessary to properly maintain our skin, protect it from the sun and moisture regularly. If we follow the simple rules, we will keep the young and fresh face for longer.
