I have to say that the staff were extremely professional, caring, considerate, took time to explain all my questions and concerns and the treatment was carried out to the highest standards. I am extremely pleased with the results and have full confidence in the team; therefore, I'm returning for facial surgery in the summer. Just had a hair transplant with Catchlife at the end of July. They were very professional and extremely helpful. Everything was explained in detail, and they made sure I understood everything before going ahead with it. Not once were they pushy with getting money from me. No upfront payment at all. Andreas was a really nice and helpful guy, and was always available on WhatsApp to answer my questions. Doctor Yeliz who performed the transplant has done a great job. She was really helpful and patient, and got me an amazing burger and chips during a break during the operation. No complaints!
