While it’s not the final result yet, everyone has commented on how natural it looks. The entire surgical process included scar removal laser treatment, with no hidden fees or added costs. I am a tourist and found Dr Gilis while searching the internet. His staff responded immediately to my inquiry about an appointment and spoke English. The clinic is located in a beautiful neighborhood in Riga and is very easy to find. The staff is professional, efficient, and kind. Dr Gilis is great! He is knowledgeable and very good at what he does. I felt quite comfortable with him and with the staff, and knew I was in good hands the minute I entered the clinic. The charge for services was very reasonable which was a big plus in my book! I give the clinic a 10 on a scale from 1 to 10!

The surgeon said that she did not have the experience required for the type of surgery that I required and recommended an alternative clinic. The surgeon's frankness and honesty are praiseworthy. Actually, I'm thankful for Dr Sreelatha she's such an adorable person. She makes me more comfortable with Care and moreover, I can see my result on the table. I found the people at the reception really sensible and responsible too. I have had good reviews about the doctor on the Internet as well as in person at the hospital. Professional work was done. The staff at the hospital were also caring. I would suggest emphasising an explanation into what should be expected and what has to be done post-procedure along with an explanation of the procedure. Like for example, the garment that has to be worn 24/7, the importance of lymphatic massages etc. This would be more professional and would be helpful to bear in mind before even anyone thinks of travelling to do a procedure. Overall I am pleased with the service, cost and care provided..
