My experience with Dr Ulas and his amazing team was extremely positive. From the minute that I decided to go to Turkey to have my procedure done and started to do my own research, I was very blessed that I stumbled across Dr Ulas and Rabia my beautiful patient coordinator/translator. Communication was on point from the beginning to the end of my journey, I felt I was given all the information needed before I made my decision. Had a video call with both Rabia and Dr. Ulas to determine what can be done. The day I arrived in Turkey 🇹🇷 I was taken to the hotel, which was a superb choice 6 stars hotel. Then, straight to blood test. After Rabia came to the hotel and explained in detail what to expect with an amazing Turkish coffee. We then had plenty of time to kill. we had half a day shopping and exploring Istanbul before early surgery admission the next day. On the day I met Dr Ulas, I was very calm, which made me feel very comfortable. He went through the surgery details with me. I felt very, very safe in their hands. The hospital staff were very friendly and helpful. Recovery was shockingly quick, I was able to go to the market 3rd day after surgery. I felt absolutely fine. I used flyhealth to book a package that included a procedure of laser liposuction on arms and thighs. The hospital and clinic were very clean and staff were very professional. As part of the package Flyhealth organised my hotel stay, all transfers to hospital, check ups, airport as well as a translator which made our experience for smooth and positive. All communication was always clear, they replied quickly to all messages and emails anytime we had questions. Flyhealth made us feel very comfortable and provided a great service. We would recommend them to anyone and if I had to do this again I would definitely use Flyhealth again.

It was my second time visiting Doctor AFET. She is great. She will make you feel comfortable and will explain exactly the procedure. She will not give you false hope, and she is very honest. I did my eyebrows lift and rhinoplasty. I did not bruise a lot, and her assistant Deniz is the best. She always replies fast and will help you at any time, even with things not concerning the clinic. (She was ordering my food while I was staying at the hotel.) I would recommend her 1000%.

Successful! I chose Doctor Osman Kelahmetoglu for a lips reduction procedure. I used to have some very thick lips, and I was not feeling happy. This clinic made my dream come true. First of all, the clinic was just amazing. Everything went perfectly from my first touch with the clinic. Very responsive at all times. The surgeon made me feel very comfortable. I knew he was skilled. I had no doubt at all, and it was definitely true. He made an amazing job. First, the local anesthesia went so well, no pain at all. Then, during the incision and after, everything was so perfect. I felt no pain. I had no real edema or bruises. It was just a bit swelling until the full recovery. The result is just beautiful. Urology consultation, Gynecology consultation, Internal Medical consultation. Xrays, ultrasound, CT scan, blood tests examinations, reviews of all investigations and medications prescribed. It was all done over 2 days. I have been through a number of investigations, examinations, blood tests etc. and have seen 3 consultants. I was so pleased with their care, attention and also the respect and kindness they showed me. There was one particular member of your staff who helped me enormously. Her name is Seda and she works as your translator and all the other things she does. I have no idea how I would have managed without Seda's care and attention. My head was spinning as I went from one place to another in the hospital. I would have been extremely stressed if I hadn't had Seda's help and support. She took control and made sure I received everything I needed with such expertise and professionalism. I have heard other foreigners living here speak of her with the same admiration. I hope that the management/bosses read and acknowledge what an asset Seda is to your company and give her the recognition she deserves for the great work she does.

Came over from the UK to get Gynecomastia surgery and can't thank them enough. They organised everything from the airport transfer to the hotel and everything went smoothly. Cost for the surgery was the best I could find and really impressed with the results.

My fellow traveller, a lady of fewer years underwent the same and she is equally impressed with the result. In a Korean domestic market reportedly approaching saturation point, such excellent staff as Sarah who offers clear and practical solutions to the problems clarifies charges and irons out the wrinkles in one's journey mean it is a pleasure to come under Dr Yoo’s organisation. Sarah is extremely good at her job. She is helpful, kind and no problem is too difficult for her. Without her fine language skills, directions and support, the journey through Seoul would have been far more difficult. She reaches out to the customers frequently and effectively. Assisted by Debora, Sarah runs the team of ‘angels’ that are the face of Pitangui. In summary, Dr Yoo is an outstanding surgeon who has gathered a most effective team around him. His work is excellent but it is the support team that move this clinic up to be without doubt one of the best.

Lower face life and neck lift. Clinic extremely sterile and clean, equipment all new and high tech. Staff friendly and helpful and speak good English. Pre med thorough. Great private room and all helpfully staff. Central location. Procedure was midday 15 June. Now 18th June and all going ok. Bandages etc. still on so cannot comment on the results.

I had my son a few weeks ago for a cleft lip he had from birth and I had a wonderful experience. At first, I was anxious because all parents feel this way when their kids have problems, but the doctor Karandonis made us feel comfortable. He was friendly and great at what he did. Absolutely first class treatment from the start. I was picked up at the airport and I had this driver for the whole duration off my stay. I had a full Tummy Tuck and Liposuction. The clinic itself is lovely and the nurses and reception staff are so helpful and friendly they can’t do enough for you. I choose this particular clinic because of DR Aleksandra Luniewska. The reviews were amazing and what sealed the deal for me was the YouTube video of a lovely Irish lady who did a step by step diary on her treatment from start to finish. It was 10 days ago since I had my surgery and I can’t believe the results, still a bit swollen but no pain. I’m absolutely over the moon.
