If you are reading this review you are in the same situation I was once upon a time! To decide on where to do one of the biggest and most life-changing surgeries in your life, vaginoplasty! I was in your position once and read about doctors and looked at the results! But as important is the recovery! I ended up in the Im Clinic because of the beautiful results from their webpage and their many reviews of smooth recoveries, but also because of the amazing communication between the patient and the surgeon! You get free consultations before and after surgery to ensure that all questions is answered! I remember I was mindblown after my first consultation, the surgeon told me I didn't ask enough questions and wanted to set up a new consultation to ask more questions before I made my decision! They are not pushing you into choosing the Im Clinic, they rather want you to make an informed decision for what's best for you! I am now 4 months post-op, and I have never been happier! My result has become pretty much as the pictures shown on the website (just a bit more swollen, but this will go down)! The dilation schedule is very easy with 3 dilations daily the first month, then 2 dilations daily the next 2 months and once a day for the next 3 months! I can share that I have started physiotherapy and she was amazed at how natural it looked and how natural it also felt! I chose the PI B procedure. Dr. Narendra Kowshik performed the surgery excellently. The recovery period was made much easier thanks to the supportive staff, nurses, and workers. I was able to walk comfortably after 7 days and pass urine normally. Dilation started on the 9th day, and the depth varies from around 5 to 8 inches, I believe. I came alone, without any attendants, and stayed for nearly 14 days, but I truly felt at home during my time there. I'm very thankful for their excellent and compassionate care. I had my GRS and breast augmentation surgery with Dr. Herrero in January 2023 and had the most wonderful experience. there was some reconstructive surgery (prettification) needed about a year later, which Dr. Herrero also performed. this was again a very successful and, as much as any surgery can be, a pleasant experience. I found Dr. Herrero to be friendly, reassuring, and professional throughout all my interactions with him. when i had an issue with one of the drains following the breast augmentation, he was by my bedside and resolved the problem immediately. I have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending him.

She even checked in with me when I landed at the airport and again at the hotel, helping me navigate public transport in cases where I was unsure. I was travelling alone, but even at opposite ends of Spain Aida was making sure I was safe. I booked a hotel that Oscar recommended, and even though I paid for my room I still felt like I was being spoilt. Perfect location to walk to the hospital, the beach, the old town - it was honestly like a holiday. The staff there were also incredibly accommodating when I couldn't speak for the second half of my stay. Oscar gave me some recommendations of things to see tailored to my interests like art galleries and museums, and they were places I wouldn't have found on my own! The pre-op appointment, operation, and post-op recovery? Easy. If it's weird to say the experience has been enjoyable, then maybe I'm a total weirdo. All medical staff I've met in Spain are so friendly, assured, and relaxed - you're really put into good hands with the clinics you're offered. Aida would keep in communication until discharge, again to see you home safely, and now two weeks post-op we're still sharing in the excitement of how my voice is developing.
