I had lip lift, fox eyes lift and bichectomy with Dr. Bugra Ipek. Everything went smoothly from making the decision and booking the trip. Very fast and good response from everyone. I went by myself and was a bit worried because of that, but the nurses and the team you get to connect with were great and made the stay very satisfying. I want to make a special thanks to the nurses who were so great, all of them! And when it comes to the doctor, I would 100% recommend him. It was very easy to trust him and he answered all my concerns at all times. The result is looking very natural and good, just as I wanted. I have been to other clinics in Turkey before, and this one was definitely my no.1. If I’m going again, it’s no question where I’m going!

Communication was 100% from the start, never left waiting for a reply, no pressure to make a decision just help to make an informed decision with the assistance of other patients who had been through the process. Airport transfer was seamless (I travelled alone) and hospital was immaculate. Seen by every speciality pre-op for a thorough health check and always with a translator. I went to Turkey to have a few operations , I had pec implants, liposuction and a hernia operation. I was very impressed with how clean the tidy the hospital was, also how well I was looked after by the surgeons, staff and nurses. I had dental treatment with Dr. Doner, and I really loved it. He is very professional and explains every step to me. I had a zirconium crown and wisdom tooth extraction. Everything was done in one week, and I didn’t experience any pain. My translator, Irina, was also very helpful and supported me throughout the whole treatment. The only person slightly disappointed was my friend who came along to help me , who packed a swimsuit with high hopes of relaxing on a lilo by the pool! This experience has not only given me physical results I’m thrilled with, but it has also been emotionally reassuring thanks to the professionalism, warmth, and attentiveness of the entire JFS team. I recently underwent rhinoplasty. I couldn't be happier with the results! from the beginning, the experience was flawless. Aliya the coordinator was absolutely amazing. I had the gastric sleeve and the treatment received was very good. We were looked after by Derya, who was very informative, helpful and amazing. From the first contact with the coordinator, I felt supported. They got back to me quickly with nothing being too much trouble. I had a WhatsApp call with the surgeon to discuss the best way forward for me. Once I decided they helped with timescales according to flights that I was looking into and my surgery was as booked in for 3 weeks time. This could have been earlier or later, it was all my choice. So travel date - my flight was delayed twice meaning that we didn’t get to the clinic until around midnight. With my gastric sleeve surgery plan for the next day I was worried that it wouldn’t go ahead. I had no need to worry at all. Blood tests and admission papers all done immediately. The next morning all others check ups completed which we’re going well until the endoscopy identified polips in my stomach, biopsy taken and sent for analysis. This unfortunately delayed my surgery for 3 days but again I didn’t need to worry myself and my partner were taken to a hotel. Throughout this time the clinic stayed in contact ensuring we were kept fully informed of plans once the results were in. Night before operation taken back to the hospital and prepped again for the next morning. Operation took place and went ahead without any further issues. Just felt a little groggy for the first 24 hours but is to be expected. The aftercare was amazing from the nurses with visits from the Dr’s daily and dieticians who thoroughly explained everything about the diet to follow and the medication to take. They encouraged questions all the time so I never felt like I was being a burden. I had an open-ended flight return so was easy to change the return flight. I returned to the UK without any issues using assisted travel which was a godsend. If you are reading this and are worried about having surgery abroad STOP right there. I had a rhinoplasty surgery 3 months ago. The hospital is beautiful. The staff provided good service, including the receptionists, nurses, and doctors. The doctors gave friendly advice and suggested ways to fix various defects. They also spoke in a friendly manner. After the surgery, I was very impressed with my new nose. The staff also followed up on the results after the surgery. I am very impressed with this hospital.

Hi, I Met with the doctor, who was very helpful on WhatsApp. I was very grateful, that the doctor explained a few things to me. I have done further research on the procedure and will go ahead with the surgery. However, your price is double what I expected to pay.
