If I could give the Centre for Surgery a million stars I would! The whole process from the phone call, consultation and surgery itself was absolutely seamless and couldn’t gone better. Coming from someone with a severe needle phobia and not feeling comfortable in a medical setting I felt so comfortable from start to finish. I had an Otoplasty with Dr Michail Vourvachis today and yet I don’t feel any pain and feel like my normal self. All the nurses, reception team and anaesthetists were so kind, caring and attentive especially given that I was so nervous. Dr Michail Vourvachis truly is a one-of-a-kind surgeon, with incredible attention to detail and incredible at calming me down for my procedure. In my initial consultation, he explained absolutely everything I needed to know and I had no questions as he had already answered them all. He is not only an expert in what he does but he is such a kind and caring person who will help put anyone at ease. A huge shoutout to the nurses who were there by my side throughout the whole process. I was so anxious and yet they are all so kind and looked after me so well. And a massive shoutout to the anaesthetist who calmed me down and made me laugh. Thank you so much to the reception team for answering all my questions and being so kind and informative! I’m one of those people who are quite difficult to calm down when I’m anxious and yet everyone genuinely calmed me down and made me feel reassured and looked after. They really did go above and beyond! I have my check-up consultation next week but I couldn’t help to write a review immediately because of how perfect the whole process has been. I’ve had other consultations previously from Harley Street and nothing has come close to how incredible the whole team are here. Overall it was a very positive experience with excellent customer service! Generally I'm very happy with the results, notably the neck and chin procedures. The liposuction results are still in process. I was told I'll see the best results after a few months. I'm optimistic. Bangkok Plastic Surgery is a well run operation with a focus on customer satisfaction, and optimal results. I'll likely come back for a touch-up (facelift) in the near future. The operations went smoothly, in a few hours. Recovery went fairly smoothly. Wearing compression bandages on head and stomach for extended periods was tiring but, expected. Medication helped me deal with any discomfort I experienced. Minimal pain, just some general soreness. All in all, I'm very happy with the results. No worries, everyone will take care of you, especially the doctor's assistant, Tak. She will keep communicating with you until your done and on your way home. Appointments in office, (1) preop day before surgery, (2) surgery, (3) bandage removal in a couple of days, (4) stitches removal one week post surgery and (5) final checkup before you return home (fly). The clinic supplies drivers to/from appointments. Class A treatment.

This surgery changed my life, and the experience as a whole, everything including aftercare massages or any surgery-related necessities were included all in one place, surgery went very smooth pain level didn’t exceed 4/10, super clean clinic, sunny rooms, me and my partner’s stay and meals where included so we didn’t have to worry about getting our own and dietary options are provided. Worth to mention the Dr Maggie was really caring about the results and the clinic was flexible with changing my surgery date, thanks to Rosa! Overall amazing experience.

I had a Surgery done with Doctor Esbry, the first consultation was free and he was so polite! Spoke perfectly good English.

I chose Dr. Krishna out of about 15 doctors because he is a professional, and you can see that in his profile. Dr Krishna and his team make sure everything runs smoothly. Very good and persistent communication beforehand with the doctor and his assistant. After accepting the price the first time, I agreed and bought flight tickets. The assistant was also happy to help me book a hotel. The day before the operation, blood was taken in the hospital, which looked very sterile and good, and some documents were signed. The operation was performed the next day and I can only say that this is more than 100% professionalism. But it's not just the doctor who does his job like a pro, the nurses are great too. I can absolutely say that you are not a number here. After the operation, things are done and done well. If you can talk, you will be helped and if you can't, you make yourself understood. The hospital is not too loud, the staff are respectful and not intrusive or annoying, and you are not forgotten here. You won't be processed here, either. You are a human being here. There are further visits from the doctor during aftercare and I can only say that you are not abandoned even after the operation. You are just as valuable as you were before the operation. I am still in the healing process, but I can already see that Dr. Krishna's surgery is having an effect. Even if you come to him as a new patient, you can also talk to him and the staff using translation apps.

Dr. Narendra Kaushik is an Excellent Surgeon . Doctor was very polite and helpful in giving us all the details of my surgery and the details of the recovery. The surgery I had was Penile Inversion type B (PI-B) . He made me feel safe and comfortable just before surgery and also made daily follow up to keep check of my recovery. I would say the surgery was very clean and precise . The pain from surgery was less and by day 5-6 the pain became very minimal . The recovery is also very good . Before Voice Feminization Surgery I had a very masculine and deep voice but now my voice frequency is anywhere around 280-260 hz and it will become more lite as it recovers . I would highly recommend any trans female who what to go through SRS surgery or any other surgery to have it done from Dr. Narendra Kaushik . From pre-operative requirements for the surgery to booking surgery everything was well taken care by the staffs at Olmec Healthcare Center. One of the pre-operative health checkup was not available at my city so they helped me get it done when I arrived in Delhi . All the Doctors , Nurses and staffs were very kind , polite and helpful. There was never a moment I felt anxiety or fear . Everyone was very experienced. In Olmec represents kind of atmosphere needed to get an SRS or any cosmetic surgery done . I am a daughter of a Doctor i never told them . I have been in and out of many private and government hospitals in Pune . I would say the service given to the patient's in Olmec was top notch. The Nurses and other staff member were always available on a ring of bell . The food of the patient and the accomodation was also best .
