I would like to share my personal experiences as a foreign patient as well as my gratitude with Dr. Ufuk Askeroglu and his team. I am 26 years old, and I underwent both Bella Eyes and Trinity Lift on July 1st, 2022. Before the surgery, I had so many concerns since I was supposed to undergo the operation in a foreign country, however the doctor and his wife as well as their international patient coordinator Ali were so helpful and kind from the very beginning. First, I had a face-to-face consultation with the doctor and then my photos were taken by their professional photographer, then I waited a couple of hours in my room until I was taken into the operating room. After the operation, there were bandages on my face to prevent swelling and oedema, but I had extreme swelling and oedema, which made me feel frustrated at first!! (I was told before that the amount of swelling would change from patient to patient), I felt pain on my face for which I was given painkillers, I can say that was the worst part of the post-operation process. I was so afraid and under pain, but when I asked the doctor, I was told even the amount of pain and swelling changed, so I needed to wait. Then after a couple of days, I left the country and started to wait to see the result. I had to live with a swollen face for a week or two, I was also told that the final result will be visible no sooner than two months. Once the swelling was completely gone, I started to love my result, that’s why I decided to share the whole process with those who are interested in these two surgeries. Once again, I would like to point out that the amount of pain and swelling may vary for others, but I can say it was worth the wait and pain!! Thank you Dr.Ufuk for your expertise and amazing job!❤️

Excellent experience prior and throughout the procedure. The nurses were amazing. June was very lovely and took care of me just before the procedure. Dr. Vivien is a talented doctor who was able to make me feel very positive from the start of the procedure and throughout the healing process. I am very happy with my decision and with the result so far.

Excellent care and staff, providing superb aftercare, with an outstanding team of nurses. All the staff and medical team were friendly, helpful, but professional. I underwent a scrotal skin graft vaginaplasty with full orchiectomy. Now this is a complex and lengthy operation, but all pre-op checks were thorough, including chest x-ray, ECG (EKG), and an interview with a psychiatrist/Phycologist and all included in the package. The operation seemed to go well, and they spent 4 days in the clinic recovering, and were looked after by nurse team. Then, well for me, when all the dressings came off, and packing was removed, I had suffered greater than usual swelling, above normal, but was reassured by the Surgeon, everything would be OK. Which it was :) I had to wait for 2 weeks of recovery from the initial operation and general anaesthetic, but was then taken back under for corrective surgery, to correct my adverse swelling. This was all included and was to provide the results I had expected, and the Dr had reassured me that they would be. This surgery was basically a Libia-Plasty to ensure a better natural-looking result, and to reduce the swelling that was in excess. The dressings came off the same day, but were redressed for the night, to avoid any chances of infection. The next day, everything was removed, and the results were much more pleasing and as expected. I was certified fit to fly, as my flights home were just the next day. On return to the UK. I got myself re-checked by the medical team, just for my own peace of mind, and to ensure I was following correct care procedures. I was comforted to find out everything did look good, no signs of possible infections, and the care plan given was robust, and I had nothing to worry about. So all in all, a great service provided, with a good outcome, great after care, and was given great advice to follow on returning home, to keep healthy and recover well. I would recommend the BPS clinic to friends and others who are looking for advice. I found this doctor on WhatClinic while I was visiting Albania as a tourist. I had always heard that Albanian women are very beautiful, so I became curious and thought I should at least consult with a local surgeon to see what might suit my face. I didn’t plan on doing anything major since my husband and I were only staying for two weeks. Her clinic is in Tirana, right next to the Air Albania Stadium, and the view from there is incredible. The clinic itself completely surprised me. I’m an architect, and honestly, I rarely see medical spaces designed this well. It’s modern, extremely clean, beautifully organised, and the whole atmosphere feels calm and professional. The staff were also very kind and welcoming. When I met the doctor, I immediately felt comfortable. She speaks perfect English, and I later learned she studied and lived in the United States. She’s quite young but clearly very respected while I was there. I met a few of her patients, and they were all speaking very highly of her. During my consultation, she said I was a good candidate for her “Baby Eye” technique. I had never heard of it, and at first I was hesitant because I wasn’t planning to have surgery. She took time to explain everything carefully and showed me many before-and-after results. What convinced me was that it’s a minimally invasive procedure done under local anaesthesia. The procedure took about 30 minutes, and I felt almost nothing. The result honestly surprised me. When I returned home, people kept asking if I had changed something; they said I looked fresher, younger, happier. Now I understand the name “Baby Eye”; it really softens the eyes in a very natural way. She truly has an artistic eye and very gifted hands. I rarely write reviews, but this experience deserved one. If I ever decide to have a facelift in the future, I would absolutely fly back to Albania to have it done by her.

I chose Dr. Phúc Đinh at Van Hanh Hospital for my facelift and lower blepharoplasty. Everything was well organised, and he made sure I knew what to expect at every stage. The outcome is subtle and natural. Exactly what I hoped for.

I went to the clinic to discuss the possibility of a breast enhancement. I had already visited a number of other specialists in Europe and had not felt 100% confident in the process methods and results. The consultation I had here was really excellent, the doctor was extremely knowledgeable and also listened closely to my concerns and requirements. He gave me good feedback about what I could expect and the pros and cons of each type of method available. Dr De Benito also came to check on me, which was quite special. We tried out different breast forms and were happy to test the looks aesthetically. Overall, this was a very positive experience and has given me a lot of confidence to consider going ahead with the team.

I met Dr Herrero in person for a consultation for gender reassignment surgery while staying with a close friend who had a nose operation with his team. My friend's experience with him and the team was very positive and successful and I wanted to take the opportunity to meet in person while I was there to discuss my options. He was polite pleasant helpful relaxed and easy to communicate with. Everything I needed to know was clear and fully explained, discussed to the point where when ready I would for sure be considering him and his team for the surgery I need. The hospital and local associated facilities, although I did not personally have time to see them all in a short stay my friend who did has high standards and was impressed with everything so further validation, this is a good choice. The city of Zaragoza, the living costs and the choice of accommodation was impressive. Proximity and ease to the airport and other transport links was no problem even on the first visit. So no hesitation in recommending Dr.Herrero and team if considering any of the operations they offer. Thank you Laura.

I would highly recommend booking surgery I received fantastic communication before I even landed in Istanbul with my amazing coordinator Nina. Even when I arrived home she was there on the other end of the phone answering the questions I had all whilst heavily pregnant she really went above and beyond for me. I had 2 procedures I had a FDL Extended Tummy tuck & breast uplift & implants following a 7 stone 5 weight loss my surgeon was Dr Emin he was incredible he knew exactly the look I wanted and he done an incredible job. I am very impressed with my neat stitching and my results are fantastic. He came and saw me every morning after the operation to check I was okay and if I had any questions he really was amazing. I am hopefully heading back next year for a thigh lift, the hospital and nurses were amazing they took care of me every step off the way with pre-op testing & the aftercare was brilliant.
