5 star Service. I was really scared about having breast implants for many years, a fear that only grew over time. But after speaking to 1 Cosmetic Group, they made me feel at ease. Everyone from the staff and surgical team made me feel welcome and assured I was in the best hands. Very happy with the results- 6 weeks post op. The team really looked after me in the last few weeks. If you are thinking of plastic surgery I highly recommend you speak to them.

I was extremely fortunate that I was able to see Dr. Cartlidge following an upsetting appointment. Mr. Cartlidge very kindly took the time to go through all the various options that I may be presented with and reassured me about my treatment plan. He has kindly responded to further emails when I have been concerned or worried. Thanks to Mr. Cartlidge's patience and discussion, I did not panic like I may have done prior to my appointment and have felt confident moving forward. I would highly recommend Mr. Cartlidge and thank him again for his time and patience.

I had Alarplasty procedure at the Harley Plastic Surgery in East Grinstead. On assessment, Mr Harley took time to explained the procedure and realistic expected outcome. I was a bit disappointed that there was no before and after photos of Afro Caribbean patient in his archives. Nevertheless, I was pretty sure that I have chosen the right Surgeon as evidence by his procedures videos and reviews. During the procedure, he was very caring and meticulous with his technique, ensuring that I was pain free and comfortable. The outcome has really enhanced my profile, boosts my confidence and self esteem. Though, the scar is still visible after 4 weeks but I am pretty sure that it will be inconspicuous when matured. I am so grateful to Mr Harley for arranging post op follow up appointment to monitor my progress.

I’ve had numerous treatments including fillers and Treatment for Wrinkles at Beautiful Beings over the last 18 months. I’m always so pleased with the results! Dr Rehman is lovely, she always discusses the procedures thoroughly and explains what results in I can hope to achieve from each treatment. Excellent experience prior and throughout the procedure. The nurses were amazing. June was very lovely and took care of me just before the procedure. Dr. Vivien is a talented doctor who was able to make me feel very positive from the start of the procedure and throughout the healing process. I am very happy with my decision and with the result so far.

So far the service has been outstanding. Please note that i have not underwent the surgery yet, due to COVID19 restrictions. However, as soon as i registered interest i was called by Cat, and given all the information necessary. Dr Sutton then took the time to have a lengthy discussion on the pros and cons of different WLS options, answering any and all of my queries. The rest of the team have all made contact, and what i have most liked so far is the transparency and simplified documents supplied, to help me understand each element of the procedure, pre and post-op. It is a very nice feeling to know that there is a group of people who are available and welcome any questions you may have, especially when it is such a major life change. I actually had my heart set on a different clinic, but decided to shop around, and Tonic's professionalism (plus value) swayed me.

Removal of growth on forehead. Given the length of probable wait in the NHS, chose to go private. Got an initial appointment within a week, and procedure done 2 days later. Clinic was very impressive and welcoming, as was the doctor. The procedure was done quickly and competently

My whole experience has been fantastic from start to finish. Professor Mahajan was professional, talking through the treatment options, explaining the pros and cons. Talked me through the procedure during the initial consultation. He made sure that I was having the procedure for the right reasons. Booking the procedure was easy, and the operation took place just a few weeks later. The operation itself was completed in theatre under local anaesthetic. I was worried about the injections, however, I was given constant reassurance and everything was explained as we went along. There was music playing in the background the whole time, and the atmosphere was relaxed and good-humoured. I was able to ask questions and could even look at what was going to happen. I was relaxed the whole time, and the whole procedure was painless. Once the operation was completed, I was given aftercare advice and follow up appointments. I was provided with contact numbers if I had any questions or any issues, which I didn't The healing process went well, and I had no pain in my face. I was back to work within a week I am now three months in, and I have to say the results are fantastic. The scarring is minimal and cannot be seen as it is well hidden under the hairline I cannot praise Professor Mahajan and his nurses enough
