I recently accompanied my niece to BPS clinic for gender reassignment surgery. We were both very anxious but were very reassured when we met the doctor and clinic staff. The surgery was a success, and the aftercare was incredible. Every staff member we encountered was not only very professional but kind, caring and supportive. had such a positive experience with Dr. Aysel Uysal and honestly can’t recommend her enough. She performed my D&C and later removed my fibroid, and both procedures were completely successful. From the very beginning, she was incredibly kind, warm, and understanding of my situation, which made a stressful time feel so much easier. Dr. Uysal and her entire team paid attention to every little detail and always made sure I was comfortable and okay. Her English is very good, so communication was clear and reassuring throughout the whole process, which meant a lot to me. I truly felt like I was in very good hands the entire time. I had no complications, my recovery has been going smoothly, and I already feel so much better. I’m extremely grateful for the care I received and really appreciate everything she and her team did for me. Once I’m fully healed, we’re planning to see her again in a couple of months to move forward with IVF, which says a lot about the trust I have in her.
