The accommodation was very good, and the staff at the Zeniva Hotel could not have been more helpful or accommodating during my stay. A friend who had surgery with him recommended I go, and honestly, the results turned out way better than I ever expected! I’m still so happy every time I look in the mirror. I went in for a revision circumcision in late January purely for personal reasons. The clinic and Dr Sam were again super professional. I can’t recommend them enough. The whole process and procedure went really easily, thanks mainly to the clinic, Dr Sam and his staff. I experienced no pain during or after the procedure, and it’s now healing really nicely. I understand this procedure can be daunting and even embarrassing for some, myself included but Dr Sam listens and only does what you ask or agree to. The whole procedure went very smoothly, and I can’t thank Dr Sam enough for putting me at ease and giving me his professional advice. Everything was discussed in detail before the procedure so do your homework and ask questions. Have an idea of what outcome you want. That way Dr Sam can advise and make suggestions to achieve your desired outcome. The follow-up and check-in by Dr Sam are also very assuring. I have had absolutely no issues after the procedure but Dr Sam still checked in with me days later to ensure all was good. Very much appreciated. I just want to thank Dr Sam and his team again.

The anaesthesia was the hardest part and hurt like hell but the procedure was successful and now try become beautiful again. The doctor was very proficient and professional. The charge was higher than quoted at $895.68 instead of $850.

2020 was supposed to be the the start of my journey at KCM Clinic for a full face & neck lift upper & lowers eye lids. Then covid hit us so I couldn’t go! Tried again that same year in August but for personal reasonings it wasn’t meant to be. Fast forward January 2025, I was at KCM Clinic on a Patients Group Trip ( a group of patients who travel together with a patient manager, in my case Kim ) I arrived with every expectation of having what I desired eventually! With the thorough examinations & diagnostic tests unfortunately I wasn’t able to have the surgery due to several factors. I was devastated! But i smoked, i had anemia , ( discovered via the post op tests when I arrived ) and i was on medication that made my hands swell twice the size. So , with another consultation with Dr Luniewska, she agreed to preform upper eyelid correction. I was happy to still be having something but grateful it was under local anaesthesia and I knew I wasn't taking any risks. 6 Months later with a proper diet , addition of vitamin d/c and arnica plus i stopped smoking enforced with all the advice given from Kim and Dr Luniewska I finally had my dream op on the Summer Group Trip! All the medical team are lovely. Dr Luniewska is very professional. She takes no risks and does not give false expectations. The nurses were good and knew there job well as well as the co ordinators based in the clinic. The clinic is spotless! Kim the international patients manager was super professional/caring and their when you need anything! Even brought us a latte once we were allowed to drink. If your thinking about surgery abroad there’s only one place and that's KCM Clinic especially group trips if your nervous or have no one to travel with. I highly recommend and I also encourage everyone to take the pre op instructions carefully and prepare. I'm now one week post op and im healing perfectly and already starting to see the results. Absolutely outstanding care from start to finish. You're picked up from the airport in a beautiful, air-conditioned, luxurious car and taken to your hotel. Then picked up in the morning and taken to the clinic. All check-ups follow that same pattern, and communication is excellent, so you always know what is happening. When you arrive at the clinic, there's somebody waiting at the door to welcome you with a smile, somebody waiting for you at reception, somebody waiting for you at the lift, etc. It's so organised, so streamlined and efficient. And the best thing is, every single person is friendly and approachable. Truthfully, it was a bit stressful arriving in a foreign country, not speaking the language, and wanting surgery. But this team makes it so easy. When I met Dr Pichet, I just felt like I could trust him. He persuaded me to switch surgeries, and I was hesitant at first, but I think it's so important that you feel able to trust your doctor, and he has such a measured and caring air about him. You get the feeling that he takes such pride in giving you the best outcome. The entire team is so lovely. But special mention must go to Miss Tak - she's such a sweetheart. You get her WhatsApp number, so there's always somebody to contact if you have any questions. The actual surgery went really well - so many staff in the theatre, which felt so reassuring. Aftercare is excellent, and all clinical supplies and compression garments are provided, along with as many waterproof dressings as you could need. Faultless in every way, couldn't have asked for more.

I had a breast uplift at Elite Med Clinic two weeks ago. Ozlem, Tina and Mustafa are absolutely amazing. Everything was so well organised...from our transfer from the airport to the hospital... being met at the hospital by Ozlem with some home-cooked food for us and supplies of tea and coffee. I had the procedure carried out the following morning ...a lovely hospital suite with a view of the sea!! Three meals a day. On Wednesday Oz drove us to the lovely Elite hotel. Ozlem and Tina were in contact every single day... it was a bit like being on holiday with friends. I cannot recommend Elite highly enough.... Their aftercare is amazing....every question you need to ask.....any worries...or even the best places to eat....they are there for you 24/7.... Thank you so much ...I'm so happy with my results. Stitches removed yesterday by the nurse at my GP surgery.....whom I may add was very complimentary! Looking forward to seeing you all again xxxxxx

I found this doctor on WhatClinic while I was visiting Albania as a tourist. I had always heard that Albanian women are very beautiful, so I became curious and thought I should at least consult with a local surgeon to see what might suit my face. I didn’t plan on doing anything major since my husband and I were only staying for two weeks. Her clinic is in Tirana, right next to the Air Albania Stadium, and the view from there is incredible. The clinic itself completely surprised me. I’m an architect, and honestly, I rarely see medical spaces designed this well. It’s modern, extremely clean, beautifully organised, and the whole atmosphere feels calm and professional. The staff were also very kind and welcoming. When I met the doctor, I immediately felt comfortable. She speaks perfect English, and I later learned she studied and lived in the United States. She’s quite young but clearly very respected while I was there. I met a few of her patients, and they were all speaking very highly of her. During my consultation, she said I was a good candidate for her “Baby Eye” technique. I had never heard of it, and at first I was hesitant because I wasn’t planning to have surgery. She took time to explain everything carefully and showed me many before-and-after results. What convinced me was that it’s a minimally invasive procedure done under local anaesthesia. The procedure took about 30 minutes, and I felt almost nothing. The result honestly surprised me. When I returned home, people kept asking if I had changed something; they said I looked fresher, younger, happier. Now I understand the name “Baby Eye”; it really softens the eyes in a very natural way. She truly has an artistic eye and very gifted hands. I rarely write reviews, but this experience deserved one. If I ever decide to have a facelift in the future, I would absolutely fly back to Albania to have it done by her.

All staff were kind, friendly, and knowledgeable, making me feel in very safe hands. My surgeon, Dr Carlos, who completed my brow lift, was excellent. He explained each stage to me and alleviated any fears I had. I am now 2 days post recovery, and the aftercare team have also been amazing. I would definitely return to this clinic in the future if I needed further surgery.

I couldn’t be happier with my experience with Dr. Diogo. He was always professional, kind, caring and incredibly available throughout the whole process. I had both a tummy tuck and a mastopexy, and I’m extremely happy with the results. More than the physical change, I feel much more confident and comfortable in my own body. The post-op care was excellent, and Dr. Diogo was always there whenever I needed support or reassurance. A truly 5-star experience with a 5-star doctor.
