From start to finish, this experience exceeded all my expectations. When I decided on surgery, I researched diligently a provider that not only offered amazing cosmetic results but whose customer service was first class. The reviews I read in Vanity assured me they were the company I was looking for. I could not have expected the whole process to be as straightforward as it was. I arrived in Istanbul a little nervous, I had no reason to be. I was taken care of completely, the airport transfer, hotel, and pre-op checks- were all a breeze. The day of my surgery, I had my meeting with Dr Alper, what can I say… he is a true gentleman, kind, compassionate and extremely professional. The surgery went without a hitch. Nurses and my care coordination were true professionals, making sure I was comfortable, happy and at ease. The results of my surgery are beyond what I could have expected. I am happy, confident again and forever grateful to Vanity. I cannot recommend them enough! Five stars over and over again.

I would highly recommend AYT Clinic. From the very start of looking into a gastric sleeve, I was greeted with a message from Asli. Who became my co-ordinator, she answered all of my questions, any time of the day. She never pressured me book the surgery, she was patient and waited for me to say when I wanted it. I went to have a gastric sleeve, and she was lovely and helpful and took me through everything I needed, for the pre-op testing and her English language for translating. I was picked up from the airport and taken back which no issues. The nurses in the hospital anre excellent and are always checking on you, whenever you need them they come straight away to help. Dr Erdem Can Yardimci was my surgeon and he was amazing and clearly great at his job and made me feel comfortable to perform the surgery. They are professional and smart at AYT and nothing is too much for them to help with. I can’t fault my experience and I am so glad I chose AYT Clinic.

Cygnus Clinic is simply amazing! My husband and I came all the way from Germany 2 weeks ago for a rhinoplasty consultation and explained to their surgeon what we wanted- he took the time to listen carefully and then made individualized suggestions on what was best for us. The price was super convenient since it included the surgery, 5-star hotel and transfer, we literally didn’t have to worry about anything! I travelled from London/Uk to him in a bid he could fix my botched job which I had done privately in the Uk. I was surgery in pain and with a different size and shape breast. I recently had my wisdom teeth removed at Varto Oral Surgery, and I’m really happy with my decision. The staff were welcoming, and professional, and took the time to explain everything in detail, which helped ease any nerves I had. They made sure I understood the procedure, and the aftercare, and answered all my questions. As for the treatment itself, everything went smoothly. It was quick, and the recovery process was much easier than I anticipated. Had my mommy makeover with Dr. Suleyman and honestly, best decision ever. I was nervous having surgery in another country but he and his team made everything so easy. Prof. Stajcic and the nurses at the clinic are especially careful, kind, and professional. I had a chondrolaryngoplasty. I was especially really worried about possible damage to vocal cords, but Prof. Stajcic was really calm about it and explained that there is no substantial risk. My Adam's apple was huge, and I was cautioned that even after surgery,y there will be a slight bulge, and so it is, but still the pointy, obviously male part is gone, and my dysphoria has gotten way better. I had a quick and easy recovery, and three months later, only a thin pink line is left at the incision site, which I am treating with ointments. Even months later, Prof. Stajcic messaged me to ask whether everything was fine. He is a kind man with a sense of humour. For whoever chooses this clinic, I have to warn you that it is on the last floor of a residential building, which gives a scary impression at first. However, after entering, the clinic itself is clean and very well-equipped, and the staff is very professional. Being in Eastern Europe, prices are much more affordable than in Western countries, while the quality does not seem to be any less. Last but not least, any surgery is a risk, and as a trans person myself, I want to urge all people to only undergo surgeries they are sure about. However, if you do decide on a tracheal shave, I think you will be in good hands at Prof. Stajcic's. Aleks - November 2025
