Buccal fat removal 9-10cc total. Very good staff and hospital and very glad I went to Turkey for this. Almost the whole process went really well and I've communicated with AYT privately about one or two potential areas in need of improvement. Additionally my advice for people not able to speak Turkish is that their staff have a high school kids equivalent of English so whilst you can definitely talk about basic things I would strongly urge people to have a translator app at the ready with the Turkish language downloaded for offline use when you don't have an internet connection. Also make sure you get them to confirm a few times over if it is local or general anaesthetic you're going under for surgery as this was one of my main criticisms and could be a language translation issue in need of amendment.

Prof. Stajcic and the nurses at the clinic are especially careful, kind, and professional. I had a chondrolaryngoplasty. I was especially really worried about possible damage to vocal cords, but Prof. Stajcic was really calm about it and explained that there is no substantial risk. My Adam's apple was huge, and I was cautioned that even after surgery,y there will be a slight bulge, and so it is, but still the pointy, obviously male part is gone, and my dysphoria has gotten way better. I had a quick and easy recovery, and three months later, only a thin pink line is left at the incision site, which I am treating with ointments. Even months later, Prof. Stajcic messaged me to ask whether everything was fine. He is a kind man with a sense of humour. For whoever chooses this clinic, I have to warn you that it is on the last floor of a residential building, which gives a scary impression at first. However, after entering, the clinic itself is clean and very well-equipped, and the staff is very professional. Being in Eastern Europe, prices are much more affordable than in Western countries, while the quality does not seem to be any less. Last but not least, any surgery is a risk, and as a trans person myself, I want to urge all people to only undergo surgeries they are sure about. I wanted to share my opinion of the Dr. Alper Dervis clinic, starting with the assistant's excellent communication with me from start to finish. Nihal, a very helpful and warm woman, supported me every step of the way, and during every checkup and phone call whenever I needed any answers. She was always there to help. She has a big heart and treats patients like loved ones. If it weren't for Nihal, I would probably be more afraid of the entire procedure: vaginoplasty, back liposuction, and thigh lift in one operation. Dr. Alper and I are both pleased with the initial results after the first five days of surgery. I'm in touch with the assistant and Dr. Alper. They also offered me help whenever I need it. I've already made a preliminary appointment for another surgery in a few months, once I've recovered, and I'm very happy I chose Dr. Alper Dervis clinic. I recently considered getting a procedure done and although I changed my mind about it, I had a great experience with Glojas Plastic Surgery Center. Throughout the communication process, I found them to be very easy to talk to and discuss my concerns with. They requested pictures from me to better understand my needs, and I appreciated that they focused on what I truly required rather than suggesting a larger procedure. If I ever decide to move forward with a plastic surgery in the future, they will definitely be at the top of my contact list.

My wife and I used Kilinic for separate surgeries for our 10-year wedding anniversary, breast augmentation for her and gyno surgery for me. The transfers, hosts, hospital, and staff were honestly brilliant. There was a slight language barrier; however, you couldn't fault their willingness to help and provide amazing care. When we had any questions on anything, the host Aysegul and Miray were amazing with quick responses, and our night nurse Emine was fantastic.

The anaesthesia was the hardest part and hurt like hell but the procedure was successful and now try become beautiful again. The doctor was very proficient and professional. The charge was higher than quoted at $895.68 instead of $850.
