Transfers from the airport to the hotel to the clinic to the hospital are all first-class service. transfer hotel hospital clinic immaculately clean staff super friendly couldn't fault my experience at all. Ebru was at the end of the phone all the time making sure i was comfortable and had everything i needed as i travelled on my own for the surgery .she was there with all the way and im so greatful to her she explained everything to me at clinic and hospital and was on phone straight after my surgery friend for life and because of her im planning to go back next year for more surgery my whole experience was fantastic my surgeon Cem was also very understanding about what i wanted to achieve and he explained everything that he thought was possible to achieve and he did just that im thrilled with my result so far im only 2 weeks post opp and things are looking great. I came to Newme for my teeth done as my partner had a tummy tuck with them the same time. I cannot express the amount of care from the whole team. They made me feel more than comfortable the hotel they put us in was amazing, I had a cyst I didn’t no about when I got there and the professionalism from the dentist was outstanding they remove the cyst with no issue, my rep Furkan was amazing very polite and friendly made me feel very relaxed with the whole process I would recommend this company to anyone looking for surgery or dentistry.
