I went to the Vanity Clinic for a neck lift and eye lift. I am so happy with both the results and my experience at the Clinic. The Clinic's Team was very communicative and answered all of our questions before we travelled. Upon arrival, we were picked up, and everything was taken care of. The surgeon, Dr. Çağatay Öner, answered all of my questions and took his time explaining options with me. His work is also amazing! I am so happy with my results. In addition, we had a consistent point of contact, Murat, who was always there in person or available by text to work with us. Murat provided vital support for us as both a translator and general fixer throughout the process. If, like me, you are American, you should know that unlike in America, not everything out out-patient. When you turn up for your procedure, bring everything you need for a few days! I was a little nervous going for a complicated procedure where I don't know the language. The entire staff was so accommodating, and I appreciate them working with me. The hotel had 24-hour nurse staffing, and that provided additional comfort. The care was excellent. Also, Istanbul is beautiful, and you cannot find bad food there. My only regret is not booking extra time to be a tourist.

My first experience with any surgery, so I was super nervous, especially going to a foreign country, and it all felt a little too good to be true when comparing the treatment to the UK! Nihal made it super easy by arranging everything and also stayed with me for the majority of the time. I love how she even held my hand during surgery, always smiling and joking, taking the edge off! During a recent visit to Vietnam, I decided to undertake minor cosmetic surgery. I researched a number of surgeries in Ho Chi Minh City and decided on Dr Tam at Whatclinic. Doctor Tam and his surgical counsellor, Ms Sarin-kim, were very helpful; they offered to help with any travel or accommodation issues that I might have, but as I had visited Vietnam on a number of occasions, travel and accommodation were already organised. As the surgery was not taking place till later in my trip, they kept in touch via WhatsApp, explaining the procedure. On the day of the surgery, I was directed to a hospital in HCMC where I met with Ms Sarin-Kim and Doctor Tam. They were very helpful; Dr Tam explained in detail the surgery, making me feel comfortable. Before the surgery, I was required to take tests and answer questions regarding my health. Ms Sarin-Kim stayed with me and helped me; some of the hospital staff did not speak English, and her assistance was invaluable. There was a waiting time so I was put in a ward, as the operating theatre was obviously busy. I was feeling very relaxed as all the pre- surgery tests and questions were similar to what you have in any major hospital, especially in Australia. I was taken into the operating theatre; Dr Tam and his team ensured that I was comfortable he again explained the procedure. I was absolutely confident and happy. after the procedure, which took about 30 minutes I was moved to an observation ward, I stayed there for another half hour, when staff were happy that I was ok they released me to Ms Sarin-kim who then gave me instructions on how to look after my incision, when to get the stitches removed after I returned to Australia, She gave me antibiotics and ointment to take care of my incision and help recovery. Overall, the entire process was great. I was a little worried at first, but Dr Tam and his team were very professional. Special mention to Ms Sarin-Kim; she was very supportive throughout the entire process. I am very happy I chose Dr Tam and his dedicated team Thank You

The anaesthesia was the hardest part and hurt like hell but the procedure was successful and now try become beautiful again. The doctor was very proficient and professional. The charge was higher than quoted at $895.68 instead of $850.

He is very patient, and his team is friendly and responsive, always answering my questions promptly via WhatsApp even before I decided to go forward with the surgery. I found this doctor on WhatClinic while I was visiting Albania as a tourist. I had always heard that Albanian women are very beautiful, so I became curious and thought I should at least consult with a local surgeon to see what might suit my face. I didn’t plan on doing anything major since my husband and I were only staying for two weeks. Her clinic is in Tirana, right next to the Air Albania Stadium, and the view from there is incredible. The clinic itself completely surprised me. I’m an architect, and honestly, I rarely see medical spaces designed this well. When I met the doctor, I immediately felt comfortable. She speaks perfect English, and I later learned she studied and lived in the United States. She’s quite young but clearly very respected while I was there. I met a few of her patients, and they were all speaking very highly of her. During my consultation, she said I was a good candidate for her “Baby Eye” technique. I had never heard of it, and at first I was hesitant because I wasn’t planning to have surgery. She took time to explain everything carefully and showed me many before-and-after results. What convinced me was that it’s a minimally invasive procedure done under local anaesthesia. The procedure took about 30 minutes, and I felt almost nothing. The result honestly surprised me. When I returned home, people kept asking if I had changed something; they said I looked fresher, younger, happier. Now I understand the name “Baby Eye”; it really softens the eyes in a very natural way. She truly has an artistic eye and very gifted hands. I rarely write reviews, but this experience deserved one. If I ever decide to have a facelift in the future, I would absolutely fly back to Albania to have it done by her.
