Overall it was a very positive experience with excellent customer service! Generally I'm very happy with the results, notably the neck and chin procedures. The liposuction results are still in process. I was told I'll see the best results after a few months. I'm optimistic. Bangkok Plastic Surgery is a well run operation with a focus on customer satisfaction, and optimal results. I'll likely come back for a touch-up (facelift) in the near future. The operations went smoothly, in a few hours. Recovery went fairly smoothly. Wearing compression bandages on head and stomach for extended periods was tiring but, expected. Medication helped me deal with any discomfort I experienced. Minimal pain, just some general soreness. All in all, I'm very happy with the results. No worries, everyone will take care of you, especially the doctor's assistant, Tak. She will keep communicating with you until your done and on your way home. Appointments in office, (1) preop day before surgery, (2) surgery, (3) bandage removal in a couple of days, (4) stitches removal one week post surgery and (5) final checkup before you return home (fly). I have just had a septorhinoplasty and a breast uplift with Dr Adam Kalecinski and I am so happy with everything. From the booking process, communication ahead of my surgery, to be collected at the airport, the staff at the clinic on reception, the nurse and Dr Adam himself. Dr. Narendra Kaushik is an Excellent Surgeon . Doctor was very polite and helpful in giving us all the details of my surgery and the details of the recovery. The surgery I had was Penile Inversion type B (PI-B) . He made me feel safe and comfortable just before surgery and also made daily follow up to keep check of my recovery. I would say the surgery was very clean and precise . The pain from surgery was less and by day 5-6 the pain became very minimal . The recovery is also very good . Before Voice Feminization Surgery I had a very masculine and deep voice but now my voice frequency is anywhere around 280-260 hz and it will become more lite as it recovers . I would highly recommend any trans female who what to go through SRS surgery or any other surgery to have it done from Dr. Narendra Kaushik . From pre-operative requirements for the surgery to booking surgery everything was well taken care by the staffs at Olmec Healthcare Center. One of the pre-operative health checkup was not available at my city so they helped me get it done when I arrived in Delhi . All the Doctors , Nurses and staffs were very kind , polite and helpful. There was never a moment I felt anxiety or fear . Everyone was very experienced. In Olmec represents kind of atmosphere needed to get an SRS or any cosmetic surgery done . I am a daughter of a Doctor i never told them . I have been in and out of many private and government hospitals in Pune . I would say the service given to the patient's in Olmec was top notch. The Nurses and other staff member were always available on a ring of bell . The food of the patient and the accomodation was also best .
