I had a breast reduction with Dra. Claudia Frigo at Clinica Planas in June 2026. I absolutely loved my experience, and it was worth it to choose Dra. Frigo and Clinica Planas! I also had an amazing experience coordinating everything and having all my questions answered with my patient coordinator, Kristina. She has always been available for any questions I have, no matter how small! I felt very comfortable throughout the process and pampered with hyperbaric chamber sessions and manual lymphatic drainage massages. The healing process has been smooth and almost painless as well! Absolutely outstanding care from start to finish. You're picked up from the airport in a beautiful, air-conditioned, luxurious car and taken to your hotel. Then picked up in the morning and taken to the clinic. All check-ups follow that same pattern, and communication is excellent, so you always know what is happening. When you arrive at the clinic, there's somebody waiting at the door to welcome you with a smile, somebody waiting for you at reception, somebody waiting for you at the lift, etc. It's so organised, so streamlined and efficient. And the best thing is, every single person is friendly and approachable. Truthfully, it was a bit stressful arriving in a foreign country, not speaking the language, and wanting surgery. But this team makes it so easy. When I met Dr Pichet, I just felt like I could trust him. He persuaded me to switch surgeries, and I was hesitant at first, but I think it's so important that you feel able to trust your doctor, and he has such a measured and caring air about him. You get the feeling that he takes such pride in giving you the best outcome. The entire team is so lovely. But special mention must go to Miss Tak - she's such a sweetheart. You get her WhatsApp number, so there's always somebody to contact if you have any questions. The actual surgery went really well - so many staff in the theatre, which felt so reassuring. Aftercare is excellent, and all clinical supplies and compression garments are provided, along with as many waterproof dressings as you could need. Faultless in every way, couldn't have asked for more.

The nurses at Clinica Mi Tres Torres were exemplary, and I wish I could have thanked them all in person when I was discharged. I contacted Europe Surgery regarding gynecomastia surgery, and to my surprise, I got a booking for the Thursday of the following week. Flights with Ryanair from Glasgow only fly on Mondays, Thursdays and Fridays, so I booked the Monday flight out, returning on the following Monday. I took advantage of one of the apartments supported by European Surgery, which was an en-suite apartment at a cost of £30 per night. A taxi was arranged to pick me up from the airport, and I was informed by the driver that they had brought my surgery forward to the following day to save me time, as they had a cancellation. I met the surgeon a couple of hours before the surgery, who put my mind at rest with his professionalism and knowledge regarding my surgery. The doctor who performed the op was Dr Wojciech Berendt, who specialises in Gynecomastia. I had both liposuction and gland removal through small incisions around the lower nipple. He did explain that because of my age (70), the results may not be as good as those achieved by younger patients, but I still went ahead. The clinic itself is spotless and well-equipped. The staff at the clinic are extremely pleasant, as we’re both the taxi drivers, Ania and Kris. Following the procedure, I spent the night at the clinic and saw the surgeon in the evening and the following morning. I also had a few visits to the clinic in the following days to have dressings changed by the nurse. I’ve just reached 6 weeks post-procedure. I'm extremely pleased by the results. I can highly recommend Europe Surgery not only for the standard of care I received but also for the organisation of the taxi service and the provision of the apartment, which was within ½ mile from the clinic

I went to the clinic to discuss the possibility of a breast enhancement. I had already visited a number of other specialists in Europe and had not felt 100% confident in the process methods and results.
