I contacted Pacific Dental Clinic via WhatClinic and set an appointment for a consultation, evaluation and plan for a total mouth restoration. I am a 70 yr. old male who had very poor dental hygiene over the years. Dr. Monica Shedden devised a treatment plan, and I could not be happier with the results. The work that was performed was as follows: Root canals, (4) with Dr. Moises Lukowski which was virtually pain-free. Cosmetic veneers, (porcelain) and crowns with Dr. Pasquale Calvosa. 3D imaging was used, and I could not be happier with the results. Porcelain implants with gum restoration, (2) with Dr. Shedden. Fantastic! The entire staff is great, and I highly recommend this clinic! The clinic is in the Punta Pacifica Hospital, a Johns Hopkins affiliate which is located within walking distance of a fair selection of hotels and the largest mall in Central America. Plenty of restaurants to choose from as well as a Supermarket Riba Smith which has just about anything you would desire. There is also Parque Omar in the neighbouring sector, San Francisco, for outdoor exercise.

If I could give 6 stars in my review for Dr McHugh I would! Went to see Dr McHugh for a Squamous Cell Carcinoma on my eyebrow. I had seen another cosmetic surgeon who had given me a terrible outcome regarding scarring and after much research came across Dr McHugh’s profile. I made an appointment where I was assured that my scars would be minimal and that he was confident of a great outcome. Great is an absolute understatement! I have next to no scarring and I am in awe of what he has done. Within only one week I was almost back to normal and able to return to work and my life. His staff are efficient, knowledgable and caring and Dr McHugh is the ultimate professional. I cannot thank him enough and if you need a cosmetic surgeon for skin cancer, look no further.

Dr. Ana is an incredibly nice person, and the entire staff is amazing. I visited the clinic to get my lips reduced. While booking my trip, I accidentally chose the wrong destination and ended up in Mexico City instead of Guadalajara. I had to take a bus trip to Guadalajara that lasted nearly 9-11 hours, arriving around 1 a.m. Dr. Ana waited for me the whole time, dropped me off at my Airbnb, and ensured I was safe. During the appointment, it was determined no treatment was necessary because of my particular issue I need to wait until a future date to start treatment. The staff were very helpful but compared with clinics in other countries such as Thailand, Japan and Korea there is a particular difficulty that Chinese people have with English. I would say that in 99% of clinics that claim to have English-speaking staff, their English level is far below the standard I've experienced in other countries in Asia, and that appears to be the norm. This difference can severely hamper efforts to communicate effectively and negatively impact the service quality.
