My overall experience has been great and the communication has been excellent! If I am honest I had better care during my breast surgery than I did in England having my children. I even got to meet Dr Gorkem, he came to welcome me personally which I found very touching. Dilara (Dr Gorkem Astal's assistant) gives a world-class service throughout. She even gave me emotional support as I travelled alone! Even the night staff couldn’t do enough for you, their English was limited however there is someone always on stand by if needed. I was actually sad to leave! Since I’ve been home we have been in regular contact which is very important to me as I suffer from anxiety and honestly I couldn’t have asked for better service throughout. I contacted Pacific Dental Clinic via WhatClinic and set an appointment for a consultation, evaluation and plan for a total mouth restoration. I am a 70 yr. old male who had very poor dental hygiene over the years. Dr. Monica Shedden devised a treatment plan, and I could not be happier with the results. The work that was performed was as follows: Root canals, (4) with Dr. Moises Lukowski which was virtually pain-free. Cosmetic veneers, (porcelain) and crowns with Dr. Pasquale Calvosa. 3D imaging was used, and I could not be happier with the results. Porcelain implants with gum restoration, (2) with Dr. Shedden. Fantastic! The entire staff is great, and I highly recommend this clinic! The clinic is in the Punta Pacifica Hospital, a Johns Hopkins affiliate which is located within walking distance of a fair selection of hotels and the largest mall in Central America. Plenty of restaurants to choose from as well as a Supermarket Riba Smith which has just about anything you would desire. There is also Parque Omar in the neighbouring sector, San Francisco, for outdoor exercise.

I went to see Dr McHugh to have a breast reduction. Amazing Dr he is and so are the girls in the office they are so lovely. They are all such caring people from before my surgery to aftercare. If I had anything on my mind or questions about my surgery or after, I could call them anytime and they were more than happy to assist me with my needs. I feel so much happier now and more confident in myself. I can wear clothes that actually fit me comfortably now. I am more than happy with my results. I cannot thank Dr McHugh enough. Dr. Kim takes the time to explain and show what is needed and how he would like to do each procedure. Would I recommend Dr. Kim. Yes, no problem. My mouth feels good. His hours are good and he is a smart person. Interesting to hear a person from Korea go from speaking to his assistants then switching to English speaking to me with a Korean accent. Would I go back? Dr. Ana is an incredibly nice person, and the entire staff is amazing. I visited the clinic to get my lips reduced. While booking my trip, I accidentally chose the wrong destination and ended up in Mexico City instead of Guadalajara. I had to take a bus trip to Guadalajara that lasted nearly 9-11 hours, arriving around 1 a.m. Dr. Ana waited for me the whole time, dropped me off at my Airbnb, and ensured I was safe. Some people enter healthcare for money, while others do it out of passion. Dr. Ana is definitely one of the passionate ones. During the appointment, it was determined no treatment was necessary because of my particular issue I need to wait until a future date to start treatment. The staff were very helpful but compared with clinics in other countries such as Thailand, Japan and Korea there is a particular difficulty that Chinese people have with English. I would say that in 99% of clinics that claim to have English-speaking staff, their English level is far below the standard I've experienced in other countries in Asia, and that appears to be the norm. This difference can severely hamper efforts to communicate effectively and negatively impact the service quality.

My husband had a rhinoplasty operation and we couldn’t be happier with the results. The care at the hospital is a 10 out of 10. The clean hospital and staff were so accommodating. We thank the staff for everything and would recommend to everyone.
