I live in the UK and had a strange encounter. My friend had genital rejuvenation surgery in İstanbul and recommended it to me. I also came to İstanbul from the UK to have Barbie vagina surgery. This is the best decision ever.

I recently underwent a mini face-lift procedure by Dr Süleyman Köken, which was one of the best decisions of my life. Not only because the results are absolutely amazing and I could not be happier with my new defined jawline, but also because choosing Dr Süleyman and his brilliant team did not leave any room for disappointment. From the moment I arrived in Izmir, it was a breeze; they handled everything from hotels to transfers and made me feel so comfortable and welcomed. His patient coordinator is a diamond; she really goes above and beyond. Dr Süleyman is truly gifted; he understood my concerns and definitely delivered on that. I would recommend him greatly.

The doctor was amazing and very kind. Amid the language barrier she ensure I was given a the opportunity to speak with an interpreter. Hospital was amazing and staff was very efficient and helpful. Person centre care was the core of the care delivered.

Very caring and professional I had a labioplasty two weeks ago, and from the very first consultation, I had a very good feeling. Both the expertise and excellent reputation of the clinic, as well as the care provided by Dr Beatriz Ruiz de Gauna Vives, gave me a great sense of confidence. I especially appreciated the full support throughout the entire process from the patient coordinator, Kristina. I never experienced a service like that before, and now I wish it existed in every clinic. I never felt alone, and my nervousness was significantly reduced thanks to the warm and friendly conversations with her. It felt as if a friend was accompanying me. Even after the procedure, I stayed in close contact with her, and she helped me with all the organisational things. A very valuable help in a clinic where the doctors of course, are mostly occupied with a lot of patients all the time. I am now two weeks into the recovery phase and have not experienced any complications. The contact with both the doctor and the coordinator is always available whenever I need it, which makes me feel very safe. Unfortunately, I won’t be able to fully evaluate the final result for a few more months, but from what I can see so far, I am very satisfied and would choose Clínica Planas again at any time.

2020 was supposed to be the the start of my journey at KCM Clinic for a full face & neck lift upper & lowers eye lids. Then covid hit us so I couldn’t go! Tried again that same year in August but for personal reasonings it wasn’t meant to be. Fast forward January 2025, I was at KCM Clinic on a Patients Group Trip ( a group of patients who travel together with a patient manager, in my case Kim ) I arrived with every expectation of having what I desired eventually! With the thorough examinations & diagnostic tests unfortunately I wasn’t able to have the surgery due to several factors. I was devastated! But i smoked, i had anemia , ( discovered via the post op tests when I arrived ) and i was on medication that made my hands swell twice the size. So , with another consultation with Dr Luniewska, she agreed to preform upper eyelid correction. I was happy to still be having something but grateful it was under local anaesthesia and I knew I wasn't taking any risks. 6 Months later with a proper diet , addition of vitamin d/c and arnica plus i stopped smoking enforced with all the advice given from Kim and Dr Luniewska I finally had my dream op on the Summer Group Trip! All the medical team are lovely. Dr Luniewska is very professional. She takes no risks and does not give false expectations. The nurses were good and knew there job well as well as the co ordinators based in the clinic. The clinic is spotless! Kim the international patients manager was super professional/caring and their when you need anything! Even brought us a latte once we were allowed to drink. If your thinking about surgery abroad there’s only one place and that's KCM Clinic especially group trips if your nervous or have no one to travel with. I highly recommend and I also encourage everyone to take the pre op instructions carefully and prepare. I'm now one week post op and im healing perfectly and already starting to see the results. Absolutely outstanding care from start to finish. You're picked up from the airport in a beautiful, air-conditioned, luxurious car and taken to your hotel. Then picked up in the morning and taken to the clinic. All check-ups follow that same pattern, and communication is excellent, so you always know what is happening. When you arrive at the clinic, there's somebody waiting at the door to welcome you with a smile, somebody waiting for you at reception, somebody waiting for you at the lift, etc. It's so organised, so streamlined and efficient. And the best thing is, every single person is friendly and approachable. Truthfully, it was a bit stressful arriving in a foreign country, not speaking the language, and wanting surgery. But this team makes it so easy. When I met Dr Pichet, I just felt like I could trust him. He persuaded me to switch surgeries, and I was hesitant at first, but I think it's so important that you feel able to trust your doctor, and he has such a measured and caring air about him. You get the feeling that he takes such pride in giving you the best outcome. The entire team is so lovely. But special mention must go to Miss Tak - she's such a sweetheart. You get her WhatsApp number, so there's always somebody to contact if you have any questions. The actual surgery went really well - so many staff in the theatre, which felt so reassuring. Aftercare is excellent, and all clinical supplies and compression garments are provided, along with as many waterproof dressings as you could need. Faultless in every way, couldn't have asked for more.

had such a positive experience with Dr. Aysel Uysal and honestly can’t recommend her enough. She performed my D&C and later removed my fibroid, and both procedures were completely successful. From the very beginning, she was incredibly kind, warm, and understanding of my situation, which made a stressful time feel so much easier. Dr. Uysal and her entire team paid attention to every little detail and always made sure I was comfortable and okay. Her English is very good, so communication was clear and reassuring throughout the whole process, which meant a lot to me. I truly felt like I was in very good hands the entire time. I had no complications, my recovery has been going smoothly, and I already feel so much better. I’m extremely grateful for the care I received and really appreciate everything she and her team did for me. Once I’m fully healed, we’re planning to see her again in a couple of months to move forward with IVF, which says a lot about the trust I have in her.
