I visited Dr Caner from the UK to have a breast uplift with an implant procedure. Like you I expect, I found myself reading these reviews, doing my research feeling apprehensive, nervous and feeling the pressure trying to find the right surgeon for me and my procedure. I can’t speak highly enough of the whole team and the incredible Dr Caner. I was put at ease straight away from the moment I was picked up from the hotel, through to my arrival at the hospital and the entire way through. The health checks seemed thorough, the hospital was so clean and modern and all the staff were very professional leaving me with no concerns ahead of the surgery (I was nervous about the general anaesthetic). I trusted Dr Caners judgement on what was best for me and I am so pleased with the results. The care afterwards in the hospital was great, I spent the night alone and the nurses were great I felt very well looked after. I am now almost 2 weeks post surgery and the healing is going well, I have felt well supported and confident about myself, and the results this far (very much looking forward to seeing the end result!). It was helpful having someone with me on my trip as you do need help afterwards. You do need to be careful not to overexert yourself and you will be sore. The medication provided worked great for me and kept me comfortable. Thank you Dr Caner - I definitely recommend his clinic to future patients.

Surgeon Hakan is a very sweet and welcoming person, and his assistant is such a sweetheart I love her Yigit is amazing, he explained every little thing to me. He's got very good communication skills. The nurses on the 7th floor all are good but that one girl with ginger hair. She took my heart very kind and sweet girl. She took care of me like a baby, I love her please pass my message to her that I appreciate her and what she did for me. Over all the hospital was clean which I loved. Bushra is been very helpful too. I thank you all from the bottom of my heart. Love you all and take care.

I had dental treatment with Dr. Doner, and I really loved it. He is very professional and explains every step to me. I had a zirconium crown and wisdom tooth extraction. Everything was done in one week, and I didn’t experience any pain. My translator, Irina, was also very helpful and supported me throughout the whole treatment. I will definitely come back and bring my friends and family.

Had my mommy makeover with Dr. Suleyman and honestly, best decision ever. I was really nervous having surgery abroad but he and his team made everything so easy. After 2 kids I didn’t feel like myself anymore, but now I do again. Everything was arranged for me, no stress at all. Can’t recommend him enough. Felt really safe and cared for the whole time. The nurses was lovely too. Dr. Suleyman stayed in touch after surgery and answered all my questions, and the translator was always there when I needed anything. A couple of my friends are even thinking to book after seeing my results. Thank you so much!

had surgery in 2022 my surgeon Dr. Bahadir Celik was so lovely and had a mommy makeover the whole experience was brilliantly well looked after. I'm now here again to see him again I trust him completely the staff are lovely. My whole experience is 10 out of 10 even down to Mel who talks and sorts everything out for u on WhatsApp lovely people.

I arrived home in the UK after my breast uplift surgery in KCM clinic on Tuesday. I spent 7 nights in Poland for this surgery with 3 of those nights as a patient in KCM. I have to firstly thank Dr Kierzynka, you are incredible at your work, even if I did drive you crazy changing my mind about implants, but I’m truly glad I followed your advice, after all, you are super educated and professional! You made me feel at ease, and you listened to me, as it is daunting being away from home in another country and having surgery for the first time, you have given me my confidence back, and for that, I will be forever grateful to you. Dr Chabab, the anaesthesiologist, thank you for making me laugh 😂 right before my surgery. You don’t realise how much that helped. I was so scared going into the theatre, but you took my mind off it by making jokes. You’re amazing at your job! I felt completely safe having you put me to sleep. 😄 Karina, this is for you, you are an angel quite literally. I felt I had a friend with me, you are such a lovely person. You lived in the UK for 18 years, so this was quite comforting knowing I had you to translate if I ever needed you to. You really care about your patients experience and always make sure we are ok. KCM is extremely lucky to have you on their team and you definitely deserve recognition. I feel the lovely girls who are nurse assistants, they deserve so much recognition, they are so polite and always smiling. 😊 To KCM drivers, thank you for picking us up from the airport and dropping us off safely and comfortably! 😆 My experience was more than I imagined, I was so nervous going but after all of the tests that KCM had done on me, I knew I was in good health and fit enough for surgery they are so thorough! If you are considering surgery abroad, I couldn’t recommend KCM enough. Going to Turkey was never on my radar, but from recommendations from people about Poland, I can see why people travel here. Surgery in the UK is very expensive but KCM made it possible. Thank you all so much ❤️

(English-only speaking tourist in Zagreb) I found Dr Dzepina through WhatClinic. To be honest, I was sceptical I would hear back from anyone, but his staff contacted me that evening, and when I spoke to them over the phone, they were incredibly professional and helpful and booked me an appointment the following day. The same was true of my actual visit. Dr. Dzepina himself was welcoming, clear, and very direct. I appreciated his help and insight, and so far his recommended treatment is going well. I would certainly recommend him to anyone needing similar assistance.

From the first message on WhatClinic to them, this was wonderful. Within 24 hours, I got a reply in good written English by sms, and after via WhatsApp. 1 week earlier, I had a bad experience with a doctor found on Google Maps, so I was a bit afraid. But they took care of me, Questions were quickly answered, and an (affordable) appointment was made with the surgeon who would help me. The surgeon discussed what would be best for me, but I wanted to do something else. He advises against this, but when I showed the picture I wanted, he told me: "ok, no problem, for me it doesn't matter, but there is a little bit more chance of complications". Thank you for this! Because I really got the feeling that he wants the best for me, but also listens to my needs. After the first meeting, they stayed in contact with me via WhatsApp to discuss payment, the date, and to answer all questions I still had. When I told them I wanted to do the surgery, everything went very quickly :) Because I told them I can come any day and any time, they planned for me already after 2 days, told me what to do, and what not to do. Made an appointment at the hospital to discuss everything. And even when I asked if they could help me with getting the medicine, they did! This was so much more relaxed for me. On the day of the surgery (today), I was a bit stressed, but they all told me to relax, no worries, and really did their best to make me feel good! Then I got my own room where my family could stay. They even got breakfast…. Now this is what you call service! The surgery was done in a very, very clean and professional space! I felt safe there and in the hands of skilled people! And when I woke up, I was back in my room with my family, and got coffee and a very good meal! After a few hours, I felt really good and discussed everything with the surgeon and nurses, and they even brought me back home by car :) This I didn’t expect. They do even more than they promise :) Thank you all for this great experience! I recommend them! Just send them a message, you won’t regret it! update after 8 hours: I saw something weird that i didn't see online in pictures after the same surgery, so i asked the reception if they could ask my doctor why it isn't like the pictures online, so i can put my mind to ease, but they wanted me to wait 10 days. Which I understand, but if it doesn't heal pretty, i would have to wait again for recovery. I just hoped they could tell me why it doesn't look like other pictures, just after surgery, that would make my experience even better! Update after 35 hours: It looks like the surgeon forgot to remove 2 small parts of my frenulum, but I cannot verify this yet, as they asked me to wait 10 days... Update after 1 week: During my check-up appointment, the Doctor removed the last part of my frenulum with local anaesthesia (such) and now everything is fine! Thank you so much. All the tools for this small operation were already in his office, so they were planning on fixing this for me. I didn't know this beforehand, but I'm happy for this, because otherwise I would have been scared for a few days, due to the local anaesthesia. This looks way better! thanks.
