I arrived in Turkey after much communication with my sales coordinator. Everything was as communicated concerning pick up at the airport and hotel I entered the hospital for my surgery on a Monday, where I was met by my patient coordinator, Emre who was extremely helpful and made me feel very at ease. I went in for a lower and upper blepharoplasty, which was scheduled with Dr Cagatay. He’s an extremely kind doctor and obviously knows what he is doing. Went back after five days to have my stitches removed and was released on my own recognisance. All in all, I would have to say that the experience was five-star and would highly recommend anyone considering cosmetic surgery to come to Istanbul, Turkey.

I had a septoplasty done by Dr Mehtap Özkahraman and I have to say everything was perfect! The staff is incredibly skilled and professional; everyone also very kind and understanding. I was guided by Serigne and he was available for any concern. The clinic is super clean/modern and all the staff and nurses are amazing. The safety of the patient and the procedure is their priority; that's why I would totally recommend them!

I’d been thinking about a transplant for years and finally bit the bullet with Best Self Club. Honestly, should’ve done it ages ago. The lads there were brilliant, couldn’t do enough for you. The first couple of weeks were grand, a bit of shedding as they said, but now at 6 months it’s coming on fierce well. Great job all round.

I booked for surgery with Dr Aykan and went through with the procedure back in March 2025, and honestly, I could not be happier with the clinic that I went to. After lots of research for over a year, I found Dr Aykan and decided to move forward with the surgery I had in mind with him. From the get-go, Şevval, his assistant, helped me with everything and never blinked an eye or got annoyed with all the questions that I had. Super friendly and the sweetest girl, really made me comfortable and like I was speaking to an old friend. When arriving in Turkey, from the beginning to the end, she was there with me every step of the way and helped me with everything from beginning to end (her English is amazing and fluent, btw, if anyone wonders). Dr Aykan was super friendly and welcoming himself (spoke English too), made me feel super safe in his hands and also made sure he introduced himself and spoke to my partner to ease him into what would happen as well. Their nurse, Sidika, was very professional. I met her first in their clinic, and she was the one helping Dr Aykan during the surgery in the hospital, and she took good care of me post-procedure. This being, of course, individual, I personally didn’t experience any health complications post-procedure, and everything went well for me. Now months later, I’m very happy I went through with this and so glad I picked Dr Aykan and his team for this. I would not want to go anywhere else and would definitely go back. 10/10 ! I went to grand medical in March 2024 for a gastric sleeve, I had the most pleasant experience from start to finish. My personal assistant Mel he is also doctors assistant was absolutely fantastic, he picked me up from the airport and drove me to the hospital, translated all questions and also took me shopping when I was back on my feet. Dr Osman was great, a very skilful surgeon and checked in with me everyday. The nurses was great, translated through google translate and delivered high care whilst on the ward. Everyone was very friendly and always attended to you needs. I’m so glad I chose grandmedical, I lost half a stone in the first week, and would definitely recommend grand medical hospital.

I had an excellent experience with the hair transplant in Turkey. The service was top-notch, and the results were outstanding. I stayed in the hotel in Bodrum, which is an hour drive away from the hospital. They offer a private driver service, so you don’t have to worry about transportation. The whole process took a couple of hours, but you’re required to stay overnight. I was back in the hotel in the early afternoon. For foreigners, I recommend reading about hair transplants and preparing questions in advance. The instructions aren’t always clear enough. Once I returned to the UK, I was able to contact the hospital and ask any further questions. Highly recommended.

I live in London; I travelled to Istanbul on the 30th of November to meet doctor Baki Yilmaz for rhinoplasty surgery. The tip of my nose was quite wide and weak, while my nose septum deviated.
