During a recent visit to Vietnam, I decided to undertake minor cosmetic surgery. I researched a number of surgeries in Ho Chi Minh City and decided on Dr Tam at Whatclinic. Doctor Tam and his surgical counsellor, Ms Sarin-kim, were very helpful; they offered to help with any travel or accommodation issues that I might have, but as I had visited Vietnam on a number of occasions, travel and accommodation were already organised. As the surgery was not taking place till later in my trip, they kept in touch via WhatsApp, explaining the procedure. On the day of the surgery, I was directed to a hospital in HCMC where I met with Ms Sarin-Kim and Doctor Tam. They were very helpful; Dr Tam explained in detail the surgery, making me feel comfortable. Before the surgery, I was required to take tests and answer questions regarding my health. Ms Sarin-Kim stayed with me and helped me; some of the hospital staff did not speak English, and her assistance was invaluable. There was a waiting time so I was put in a ward, as the operating theatre was obviously busy. I was feeling very relaxed as all the pre- surgery tests and questions were similar to what you have in any major hospital, especially in Australia. I was taken into the operating theatre; Dr Tam and his team ensured that I was comfortable he again explained the procedure. I was absolutely confident and happy. after the procedure, which took about 30 minutes I was moved to an observation ward, I stayed there for another half hour, when staff were happy that I was ok they released me to Ms Sarin-kim who then gave me instructions on how to look after my incision, when to get the stitches removed after I returned to Australia, She gave me antibiotics and ointment to take care of my incision and help recovery. Overall, the entire process was great. I was a little worried at first, but Dr Tam and his team were very professional. Special mention to Ms Sarin-Kim; she was very supportive throughout the entire process. I am very happy I chose Dr Tam and his dedicated team Thank You

I had a breast reduction with Dra. Claudia Frigo at Clinica Planas in June 2026. I absolutely loved my experience, and it was worth it to choose Dra. Frigo and Clinica Planas! I also had an amazing experience coordinating everything and having all my questions answered with my patient coordinator, Kristina. She has always been available for any questions I have, no matter how small! I felt very comfortable throughout the process and pampered with hyperbaric chamber sessions and manual lymphatic drainage massages. The healing process has been smooth and almost painless as well! I had a Macs facelift under local anaesthesia and light sedation nearly 6 weeks ago and I am over the moon with the results. This was a treat for my 60th birthday and it has completely removed my jowels and lifted my face - looking younger but still very natural. Very skilfully done - thankyou. I would definitely recommend Dr Rehman. She carried out a FaceTime consultation first (at my request) followed up with an in person consultation. (One company I had contacted agreed to carry out my facelift after I sent 3 photographs and had a telephone consultation only.). My only regret was that I didn't get my eyes done at the same time.

I booked in with Jules for fillers and plasma skin tightening, as she came highly recommended through a friend. On arrival, I felt very comfortable as every precaution was taken regarding Covid rules. I was a bit anxious regarding the treatment, but Jules put me at ease, she was very friendly and very professional, the treatment went well, and I was very happy with the results. Very welcoming atmosphere, lovely clinic, will definitely be booking more treatments.
