I came to the clinic for a rhinoplasty consultation and had a really good experience! The doctor was easy to talk to, friendly, and still very professional at the same time. I liked that the clinic focuses more on creating a shape that fits your face naturally instead of following trends. That was exactly what I was looking for since I wanted a soft, natural result that doesn’t look too obvious or overdone. I also saw that they have many treatments at good prices, too. Definitely a place I’d come back to again.

Absolutely outstanding care from start to finish. You're picked up from the airport in a beautiful, air-conditioned, luxurious car and taken to your hotel. Then picked up in the morning and taken to the clinic. All check-ups follow that same pattern, and communication is excellent, so you always know what is happening. When you arrive at the clinic, there's somebody waiting at the door to welcome you with a smile, somebody waiting for you at reception, somebody waiting for you at the lift, etc. It's so organised, so streamlined and efficient. And the best thing is, every single person is friendly and approachable. Truthfully, it was a bit stressful arriving in a foreign country, not speaking the language, and wanting surgery. But this team makes it so easy. When I met Dr Pichet, I just felt like I could trust him. He persuaded me to switch surgeries, and I was hesitant at first, but I think it's so important that you feel able to trust your doctor, and he has such a measured and caring air about him. You get the feeling that he takes such pride in giving you the best outcome. The entire team is so lovely. But special mention must go to Miss Tak - she's such a sweetheart. You get her WhatsApp number, so there's always somebody to contact if you have any questions. The actual surgery went really well - so many staff in the theatre, which felt so reassuring. Aftercare is excellent, and all clinical supplies and compression garments are provided, along with as many waterproof dressings as you could need. Faultless in every way, couldn't have asked for more.

Came from Australia with the intention of getting lift and implants but on further examination Dr Prinya advised a lift wouldn’t be necessary. Excellent doctor who is straight to the point and explains all aspects of treatment. His support staff were wonderful and guided me through the whole process. I am now almost 4 weeks post op and things are settling nicely and scars are minimal; almost completely gone. Staff speak excellent English no language barrier at all. Honestly so happy I decided to go with Dr Prinya and have already referred memebers of my family to him, I would definitely return to him for any future work. Even after returning home to Australia all emails and questions have been answered. Cannot say thank you enough to Dr Prinya and his team for all their hard work and care they provided me with during not only my treatment but my recovery also.
