I have just had Cataract surgery at the Esnaf Hospital and I want to express my thanks to Doctor Nazir E Demirci and her team for looking after me and helping me to get through the procedure. Doctor Demirci was kind and understanding. I also want to mention the translator Emre Can. He was so helpful and reassuring and made me feel relaxed and positive about the procedure. He checked with me that I was happy throughout the process. I think he is an excellent representative of how staff should present themselves within the Esnaf Hospital. I would recommend him to anyone who needs medical treatment or advise His communication skills are first-class. The Esnaf hospital is very clean and a comfortable place to be.

Cannot recommend Dr Ashraf and his team enough. Fantastic communication the whole way through with Dr Ashraf and Ghada, and on arriving from the UK was made to feel very welcome and at ease. I had a Mons lift, TT with muscle repair and a breast lift. I was attentively taken care of, and the aftercare has been fantastic with daily check-ins, and my results are amazing. Dr Ashraf and his team are absolutely fantastic.

To be honest, I was sceptical I would hear back from anyone, but his staff contacted me that evening, and when I spoke to them over the phone, they were incredibly professional and helpful and booked me an appointment the following day. The same was true of my actual visit. Dr. Dzepina himself was welcoming, clear, and very direct. I appreciated his help and insight, and so far his recommended treatment is going well. I would certainly recommend him to anyone needing similar assistance.

Extremely happy with the composite bonding done by Dr Hossam. My teeth now look much straighter and whiter, from a pain free process! Dr Hossam cleverly changes the appearance of your teeth, without any invasive drilling. He carefully checked that there was no alteration to my bite as a result of the process, listened to what I was feeling and worked to correct it until I was comfortable.
