I followed Dr Martinez when she left the office I had found initially, to open her own practice, seeing she was the reason I continued as a patient there. She is a perfectionist who takes her time to make sure everything is done correctly. Dr Herrera is an excellent surgeon. As a bonus, they both speak flawless English. Dr. Gemma has been our dentist for many years and we are Canadians. We trust her to do all our dental work from cleaning to crowns, implant procedures with professionalism, knowledge and her attention to giving her patients the best dental work they deserve. She speaks English and is very thorough at explaining the work she will be doing, so you, the patient, feel comfortable, and her prices are fair and reasonable. I just returned home from my dental appointments at Cancun Dental Design. I needed an implant, crowns, etc. I must say that the experience was excellent. The dentists are thorough and won't let you leave until the work is 100% perfect. The office team is very friendly and makes you feel welcome. The office is modern and clean. Vivianne was great, communicated very patiently and went way beyond the usual service. Two implants and a new upper denture were all very well done and she made sure I was completely satisfied before she let me leave, taking the extra time to do some final adjustments so they all fit perfectly.
