Dr Ruiz personally called me back immediately and got me an appointment for the next day (which is the day I asked for) I went this morning for an X-ray, exam and cleaning with Dr. Ruiz and had the best experience. Thank you for inquiring. I had a root canal and bridge at PATZI. I was happy with the service I received from Dr Stephanie. I do have a question for the doctor who performed the root canal. There was an infection and was prescribed medication and returned a week later for the root canal. There was still some pain in the root canal area. I was given more medication following the procedure. This pain although minor persists. I have been travelling and have not been able to see another dentist. Based on this information do you feel I should contact another dentist for further evaluation? I appreciate your advice.
Found this office and contacted them and was contacted next day with requested information. I made the appointment and was greeted both by the doctor himself as well as the coordinator. As far as the service, I had a root canal and crown done that went very well. The doctor performed the root canal with ease and I barely felt any pain, he answered all my questions, explained step by step what he was doing, and ordered and fit the crown and installed it the same day. The doctor is very nice and the office although looks average from the outside, was very clean and neat. I actually enjoyed this trip this time and have been going to a different dentist there previously, decided on a change. He is very nice and as I said, is neat and clean and I have no hesitation about going again. I don’t give reviews unless they are deserved and I don’t put reviews unless they are true. Feel confident that this doctor will perform whatever you need with professionalism and compassion. I also received a follow-up the next day asking how I feel and if everything is fine. I would also like to compliment the gentleman who coordinated the appointment. GOOD JOB.
I found Dr. Salazar‘s clinic online, I called and immediately, was able to speak to a representative of his office who was fluent in English. I called on Thursday and received an appointment on Saturday. On Saturday when I arrived in Progreso, I parked on the US side and was met by one of his office staff at the bridge. She accompanied me to the office. The office was clean, cool and professional. I was evaluated a digital scan was completed and we discussed my treatment options. I had had injury to both of my front teeth when I was quite young and knew that veneers were not going be a long-term option for me, due to the width of my smile and the color of my permanent teeth I knew that I was looking at several crowns. Dr. Salazar and I made the decision to aesthetically improve my smile with zirconia crowns. The prep work for my crowns was performed the same day with placement of temporary crowns with very little discomfort. I was able to choose the shade of my crowns.My second appointment was on Sunday. The crowns were in office and a basic fitting was done with a few adjustments. I was completely stunned by the results and so happy that I made the decision to see Dr. Salazar and his team. I could have never had dental work like this done in the US. It would’ve involved many dental appointments loss of time at work and a lot more money. In fact I wouldn’t of been able to afford the same treatment plan in the states. When I was finished, Dr. Salazar made sure that I got back to my car safely, although I never felt unsafe during my trip. I found the staff very responsive and accommodating to my needs. I will definitely return for any future dental needs. Many thanks to Dr. Salazar and his professional staff.

I had extensive restorative work done on both my jaws which required oral surgery and implants. I was always explained thoroughly what the procedure takes and how we should plan for it, being that an international trip has to be made in case you need to return. I can’t stress this enough, it is all worth it! The staff is amazing, friendly, knowledgeable and extremely efficient. I want to mention Dr Juan for his skills and knowledge. Also for the willingness to find a solution to any problem no matter how difficult. Dr Aurora is great for advising and working with the schedule to accommodate any needs, like fitting my husband in at the same time to save an additional trip. Liz at the reception is extremely efficient, she answers immediately any questions I might ask on what’sApp when I am away from the clinic. Karlo is very nice and friendly and always on time. If I had more than five stars I would gladly give more. My husband and I return to this clinic with confidence every time we need to.
Vivianne was great, communicated very patiently and went way beyond the usual service. Two implants and a new upper denture were all very well done and she made sure I was completely satisfied before she let me leave, taking the extra time to do some final adjustments so they all fit perfectly. I won't go any place else now that I've received this excellent care.
Dr Jan Ley was most accommodating in giving me an appointment on very short notice. He was GREAT and would highly recommend him to anyone. Not expensive. I only got a cleaning this time but plan to see him In future for more dental work. Thank you for helping me find a dentist there!
Over 3 years of total dental reconstruction-M69. 4 Extraction/bonegraft-implants and 25 crowns. My teeth were at the end of it’s pushing 70 years of hard work. Tired of regular tooth issues, debilitating my life. These porcelain crowns should outlive me. I’m from Canada and have visited Playa for the past 18 years, and looked at reviews on Dental Excellence. Dr Delgado fitted all that criteria and proved me right. Are you looking at finding a real professional at work? Zero pain dental surgery. This was my retirement present to myself at a third of the price in Canada. Dr. Alfredo and all the staff at the clinic are amazing, very friendly and helpful. Dr. Alfredo took the time to explain in detail all that needed to be done (broken crown, cracked tooth, small cavity) he made sure I was comfortable and informed with each step. He even sent my X-ray to a specialist to check a spot on my jawbone (that no dentist in Canada has ever mentioned to me). I was very happy and thankful for the very thoughtful and thorough work. I will definitely be recommending Dr. Alfredo and his clinic.
I am very happy with the treatment that the doctors in the clinic did. They put me in Invisalign and is the best treatment ever. It does not compare with the conventional brackets.
Best dental experience ever!! I was nervous about entering a new clinic, however it was no surprise that it has been the best dental cleaning. From the hygienists to the head doctor, they were all professional, nice, and really show care for old and new patients. Their welcoming smiles and high degrees gave them my full trust. The clinic was clean and elegant and I felt comfortable using their dental instruments. Truly reccomend a 100 percent, no doubt the whole staff will see me again soon.
