This clinic is very professional and efficiently run. Everyone is friendly and caring. The cost is, of course, much lower than for the same care in the United States. At times, there is a wait but there is plenty of shopping or dining to pass the time.

I have been going to Yilka Gomez (Healthy Smile) for 20 years. During that time, she has performed numerous procedures on me, including implants, of which I now have seven. She has been an ultimate professional. She has saved me over 50% of what I would have paid in my home state of Washington. She stands behind all her work, and when you are one of her patients, you are treated like family.

I’ve been using the “Healthy Smile” Clinic in Los Algodones Mx. for the past 20+year's, and have always had very professional care throughout my visits upon arrival! A customer of mine had recommended this Clinic way back in the 1990’s, and I’ve been going there for my dental needs since then!

The care you get is as good as any Dental Clinic on the Continent in my opinion, and prices are about two-thirds or less than a regular practice would charge back home! Staff are very friendly and approachable! I’ve taken my Daughter and Son from Canada there for dental work, and a good friend too, about 20 years ago! They all seemed to be happy with the dental work performed!
Yilka Gomez is the main dentist (owner of the Clinic), and she oversees the other dentists and associates as well!
I’m very comfortable going to this clinic, because they treat you like you’re “Family”!

I go annually to this clinic for cleanings and check-ups. This year, I was having some discomfort, only to find I have an infected tooth that required extraction. The tooth was under a bridge and, therefore, turned into a big procedure. I was extremely satisfied with the service. Most of all the treatment by all the staff at the clinic.

I have NEVER in my 70 years had such a conscious dentist and staff. They were the ultimate in professionalism, and their standards are so high. A real pleasure to go to this dentist. Thank you Yilka and Lise.

I have been seeing Dr. Yuilka for over 10 years. She initially gave me 15 crowns on my front teeth. She gave me the smile I always wanted. And over the years, I have gone for fillings, cleanings, root canals, and mouthguards, and I have always been satisfied with her excellent Work.

My first experience with Dr Gomez was in 2011.
I am Canadian and was first attracted to a Mexican clinic by price.
Since 2011,and an initial great experience with Dr Gomez's work, I have been back and referred many friends to her. They too have been pleased with the work. I had 11 crowns done on my first visit. My husband had an extraction and an implant.
My most recent experience was in 2025 when Dr Gomez made me a set of dentures to fit permanently onto my implants. I had been turned down by two Arizona clinics and two Canadian clinics because my overbite made the job too challenging. I have had this set of dentures for almost a year, and I'm very happy with them. The last set she made for me was in 2014. They actually fell apart the day this set was put in. Thank you, Dr Gomez, you will see me for a check-up one day!

As usual, I was satisfied with my treatment. I try for the first time, deep cleaning and I was satisfied.

Came across for the first time got a crown replaced #30 tooth My parents have been coming down for the last 10 years to get dental work. They have brought several couples to get dentures, root canals and crowns. Saved thousands from an American dentist. Dr Gomez and stafff were top notch. She wasn’t happy with the way the dental lab made the crown sent it back until it was perfect.
