Liberty Dental Clinic

(805) 804-5440 2273 Calle 2DA, Tijuana, 22000
Rating from 14 Reviews The entire team was excellent and I thought the dentist who did my extraction was highly skilledAnonymous, US, 01 Mar 18

I chose Liberty Dental because this clinic was the closest to the border and they also offered me transport from the border to the dental practice. Their prices were reasonable. I had a wisdom tooth extraction done with them. The clinic made a good impression on me. It was nice and clean and they even offered me some refreshments upon arrival. The entire team was excellent and I thought the dentist who did my extraction was highly skilled. I’ve actually been back there to have some more work done. I’d highly recommend them. Such professional service!

Ocean Dental Cancún - U.S Board Certified Dentist

(805) 465-6061 Blvd Kukulcan KM 12.7 Zona hotelera, Cancun, 77500
Rating from 114 Reviews very pleased and impressed by my experienceJudy, Canada, 12 Mar 17

I had booked an oral evaluation at Ocean Dental while my husband and I were vacationing in Mexico, ending up in Cancun. I had been communicating with Carlos who was always prompt to reply and gave clear and detailed responses to my inquiries. We even chatted a couple of time on the phone on a toll free number. I knew I had six front teeth with composite veneers in the front that were starting to break down. This was complicated by white fillings in the back of most of them. Back home I had been told that the best procedure would be to crown all the teeth at a cost of about $1500/tooth. I have a dental plan but even though it's the "enhanced" plan - covers only $2000/ Year for crowns. The clinic send a van to pick me up at my hotel ( which is routine). My appt. was for 9:30am and the van arrived just after 9:00am with one passenger . We stopped to pick up two more people who came by ferry from Isla Muejeres where they were staying. Both parties were extremely happy with the work done and especially the cost ( one from Alberta and one from Wisconsin).By the time I got to the clinic , registered, and waited a bit for my name to be called it was probably about 10:30am. You should be prepared for waiting somewhat as it's a busy clinic and the waiting room was quite full. Despite having to wait ( some people seemed put out by it - unfortunately - this is Mexico, not the U.S. Or Canada) there was never any trace of anxiety or rushing - everyone in the clinic was relaxed and friendly. A client had brought a big bag of chocolates and patients and staff were helping themselves, laughing and joking. I was called and taken to be ex-rayed by a young man who's name I can't recall and when I asked questions he got someone else to come to answer them as his English wasn't too good. I had some 360 degree ex-rays done then went to see a young woman who did a thorough oral exam with photos and a couple more close-up exrays. She spoke English quite well and was very approachable and explained what she saw or answered questions. I felt like I was in good hands. Finally " Dr. Irma" came in and after consulting with the girl said she agreed that six crowns should be put in the front and two on the bottom pre- molars. She was also very easy to talk to and caring. I then went to see Maggie who wrote up the estimate - very thorough and knowledgeable as well as offering suggestions when I asked about a Beach to go to. The van dropped us off there instead of taking us back to where we were staying. In all the examination took over an hour and I paid $60 U. S. For it which will be deducted from the cost when the work is completed. The estimate for the eight crowns came to about $3700 Canadian and I was told to set aside a week for the work to be done ( it's better to have more time on the end in case some adjustments or "hotspots" need to be addressed). Maggie made the estimate good for a year and molds were taken of the teeth before I left. I was Very, very pleased and impressed by my experience and any nervousness I had was calmed by listening to others' experiences and seeing the clinic in action ( state of the art equipment). Why not get dental work done and save bundles while taking a vacation in Mexico?

Rating from 112 Reviews Thanks Circle Dental for doing such a great jobCarl, US, 02 Oct 16

6 Unit bridge for front teeth VERY VERY GOOD. This is my second visit to Mexico for dental work but my first visit to Circle Dental. I will not go anywhere but to Circle Dental from now on for dental work. They are excellent. The facilities are very clean and modern and in fact more modern than the dentists office I visit here in the Seattle area. They have state of the art X-ray facilities as well. The staff is exceptional and it was very obvious that the Dr. who performed my work was very experienced in bridges and crowns. I can honestly say that the quality of work and the smoothness and ease of the process was far better than previous crown and bridge work I have received here in the Seattle area. Thanks Circle Dental for doing such a great job

Rating from 8 Reviews They were extremely professional, the office was modern and very well maintainedSteve, US, 11 May 18

So far I'm very happy with their work. They were extremely professional, the office was modern and very well maintained! Outstanding customer service. Very neat and clean. Upon leaving I left my phone and discovered it missing while in line at the border. Left quickly to find a phone. Upon getting change at the nearest store there stood a gentleman with my phone. Truly impressed!

Acrylic Partial - $350 (set $700)The most common and inexpensive is the Acrylic frame, with acrylic teeth and metal clasps partial denture; it can go from $200.00 (for a "flipper", to replace one or two teeth) up to $350.00 for a partial denture replacing three or more teeth. If you can't bear the thought of visible metal clasps or a series of temporaries that change with each appointment, Comfort is an option that looks very natural and will stay beautiful and comfortable for years to come. Even fixed restorations that look good at first could deteriorate over time due to gum recession or changes in your mouth.

Dentalestetic Dra. Melisa Meneses

(866) 771-0184 Benemérito de las Américas 168 c, Col. Valentín Gómez Farías, Puerto Vallarta, 48320
Rating from 61 Reviews Her technique was painless and highly skilledStuart, Eugene , 04 Feb 18

Saw Dra. Meneses on Jan. 22 for a second opinion regarding a crack in my tooth with existing cavity & filling. She was professional in her assessment & communicating treatment options. I was offered a conservative option of new filling instead of a crown given this was a premolar. This matched what I hoped for; we proceeded, her technique was painless and highly skilled. I am very happy with my new filling! We saved over $1000 USD by seeking a 2nd opinion. Dra. Meneses put us at ease and provided excellent education about what to watch for and welcomed a free return visit for any issues. I am recommending Dra. Melisa to my friends and family. The clinic was welcoming, clean, efficient and comfortable. We felt very safe with our 5 pm appointment time and a driver (Filipe) picked us up at our hotel and dropped us off. Very professional office on every dimension; exceeded our expectations!

The Tooth Inc

(805) 870-8222 Ave Alvaro Obregon # 98 Suite 7, Col Fundo Legal, Nogales, 84030
Rating from 4 Reviews I'm all set with healthy teeth and I sure I saved a bundleJerry, US, 06 Oct 17

I had neglected my teeth for years, having been told by a dentist that all he would do was complete dentures. A friend told me she was happy with treatments she had received in Nogales. Dr. Mark in Tucson made an appointment for me with Dr. Chavez. Dr. Chavez said that with TLC and treatments he could save my teeth. So after periodontal surgery, bone grafting, three extractions and some partials I'm all set with healthy teeth and I sure I saved a bundle. I'm very happy with the personable, professional care I received. I highly recommend Dr. Chavez and his warm friendly office. It was my best dental experience ever, even with the surgeries. The office is warm, friendly and clean. I plan to return for my cleanings.

Simply Dental

(866) 558-9536 Ave B 192, Los Algodones, 2197
Rating from 84 Reviews We were impressed with how modern the clinic is, professional staff and good command of EnglishNeill, US, 21 Feb 18

I went to the clinic because I had pain in one molar. I thought it was a cavity under an old filling. It turns out the tooth with the issue had a root canal and no cavity. The doctor could not find any cavity with 3 X-rays and was very clear about her not knowing the cause of the pain. It was here I expected her to either sell me some exotic treatment or send me off empty-handed. Instead, she arranged for a root canal specialist to come over and look at my tooth and give an opinion. I agreed and within a half an hour he arrived. He pushed and prodded on that tooth and zeroed in on the pain. He explained the tooth has a microcrack which didn't show up in the x-rays. He explained that in a root canal the ligament remains and can cause the pain. He told me he recommended the tooth be removed. We did that and the problem was corrected. I was worried about having medical treatment in Mexico but I priced out a check up and a filling in USA and it was several hundred dollars, more expensive than what I was quoted at Simply Dental. I am married to a nurse and she was skeptical too but we thought it's only a filling replacement. We were impressed with how modern the clinic is, how professional and how easy the receptionists and all the staff were to understand. Their English language skills were exceptional. My wife was very impressed with the exam room cleaning she was able to observe from the waiting room. I had my treatment which was an exam, 3 digital X-rays, a specialist consultation and finally a molar extraction with of course freezing followed by a prescription for antibiotics. When I went to pay I was thinking well this is going to be as expensive as what I was quoted in Palm Springs. The bill was written out and presented. $70 was all it was! I was waiting thinking there must be another bill for the specialist, I asked is this all? Yes, that is the cost for an extraction with X-ray. I paid it and am still shocked at the cost compared to the high-class services I received, I would highly recommend this clinic.
