Living in Canada, I've been a returning patient to Dr. Miller (YearSmile clinic) for several years now, and I can't praise their services enough. From implants to crowns and a root canal, every experience has been exceptional. Firstly, the service is top-notch. The staff are not only skilled professionals but also incredibly friendly and attentive, and speak perfect English. They made me feel comfortable from the moment I walked in. Their new office YearSmile is state-of-the-art, equipped with the latest technology, and very clean. One thing that stands out is their commitment to convenience. They offer a personal concierge assigned to every patient for smooth communication, and free transfers to and from the hotel, which reduce any stress associated with travelling for appointments in a non-familiar environment in a different country. They also work around my schedule to ensure I get the treatment I need when it suits me best, considering my limited time in Cancun. But most importantly, the quality of their work is amazing. I've always been impressed by the precision and expertise demonstrated during every procedure. Dr. Millers’ dental implant work was not only approved but highly praised by doctors in Canada. In fact, one of the dentists in the Edmonton clinic, who also happens to be a professor, used dental implant work done by Dr. Miller as a shining example for his students. I'm grateful for the exemplary work they've done and wouldn't hesitate to recommend Dr. Miller or any doctor from this clinic to anyone in need of dental work.

Dr. Kim takes the time to explain and show what is needed and how he would like to do each procedure. Would I recommend Dr. Kim. Yes, no problem. My mouth feels good. His hours are good and he is a smart person. Interesting to hear a person from Korea go from speaking to his assistants then switching to English speaking to me with a Korean accent. Would I go back? Yes without a question.

I went to this clinic to have my teeth cleaned. Originally I wanted a tooth filled, but it was too far gone to save it. Having this work done was definitely worth the money. I paid about half or a third of the price it would have cost me in Canada. I’m very happy with the service and results. The clinic was fairly good. I’m back in Canada now, but I’ll definitely consider having treatment with Ideal Dental again. It’s difficult to say what the best part of a dentist visit is (I mean, you’re essentially paying someone for pain). However, the staff were great. Everyone was so happy and friendly. The technician who spoke English well, translated for me when I didn’t understand. It’s kind of a community clinic that's a fairly long taxi ride from any of the main centres in Mexico. I thought they were three blocks from the main centre, but they were actually miles away.
