Thank you for inquiring. I had a root canal and bridge at PATZI. I was happy with the service I received from Dr Stephanie. I do have a question for the doctor who performed the root canal. There was an infection and was prescribed medication and returned a week later for the root canal. There was still some pain in the root canal area. I was given more medication following the procedure. This pain although minor persists. I have been travelling and have not been able to see another dentist. Based on this information do you feel I should contact another dentist for further evaluation? I appreciate your advice.

I received a dozen new crowns and a complete and total cleaning. Dr. Salazar and his staff are super friendly and professional. Their office is very modern and clean, and this was a positive experience with amazing results. Hard to believe the difference. Thanks to the Doc and everyone involved. Robert.

I am 71yrs old and had lost a bridge, one front tooth that was broken and missing also missing molar. I had a consultation with Dr Espinoza over zoom and made an appointment. The in-person meeting gave us a treatment plan that was decided to do all on 6 full mouth implants. The surgery went great, I have had no pain, just typical swelling and bruising which dissipated within 10 days. It's been 5 1/2 weeks since surgery, gums are healing great, upper sutures basically dissolved the lower gums a little longer. Dr Espinoza was a little concerned about some bone density and the ability of the bone to solidly adhere to the implants so he's going to scan after 3 months to see how they are progressing. Had bone grafts done also. This procedure is more than half of US prices, I couldn't afford it otherwise, the work needed to be done. The staff is very helpful and polite you can't go wrong with Perfect Smile. I am still a work in progress and will update you on progress.

We were not sure about going out of the US to have dentistry work done but the experience was AMAZING. The work was professional and pain free. Dr. Rene Rosas and all his staff were beyond believe. We would totally recommend him and all his staff.

They are the best around. I started my implant process the day after Christmas 2023. My mom had seven teeth removed and I had four removed. We started with six implants at the top and went back the next month for the final procedure. I will post the final work next month

Dr. Edgar is the best. We have gone to him for some years, long trips from Missouri. He has done much work for us, including many crowns and some implants, as well as bone grafts. My estimate on implants in MO was $46,000-$58,000. When I got to Dr. Edgar, after a thorough examination, he refused to even do implants, saying I did not need them yet, and it would be malpractice to pull all of my teeth at that time. He gave me beautiful teeth for $5600. Over the years since, my husband and I have had additional implants, and we are extremely satisfied with Dr. Edgar. John explains everything to us in perfect English. We trust and recommend Dr. Edgar Guereo.

Excellent diagnostic and treatment! Wonderful staff - always friendly and professional. A much-needed root canal was provided, and although I was hesitant to use out-of-country and unknown provider, left very satisfied and impressed. Thank you!

Dr. Eli Charles performed a 3rd molar surgery on me. The doctor showed great skill and knowledge on her field. The doctor's office was clean, comfortable, with top-notch equipment and a great view. I felt no pain during the surgery. I felt comfortable and safe at all times while she performed the procedure. Her prices were accurate with the attention and procedure that the doctor offered. I highly recommend Dr. Eli Charles for any dental treatment.

After a lot of research and reading reviews of Dentists in Puerto Vallarta we concluded that Dr. Hernandez was the best dentist to go to. We were very happy that we made the decision to use him for the extensive dental work that my husband needed. Dr. Hernandez is very thorough. He speaks excellent English and patiently explained all of our options and relevant pricing. He is kind, calm, and soft-spoken and my husband experienced the best, ‘pain-free’ dentistry. His office uses all the latest technology and top-quality materials. The dental work done was one third of the cost that was quoted by our Canadian orthodontist. My husband had crowns, bone grafts, posts, extractions and a partial denture made. We are VERY happy with the end result. Dr. Hernandez also provided a 3-bedroom home for us to stay in and transportation to and from all the appointments at no extra cost. We would highly recommend him to anyone and will be using him for all our future dental needs.

I recently drove my son Christian from Montgomery Texas to Dr. Chio's clinic in Nuevo Progreso. His teeth were in horrible shape. He had bad black teeth in the front of his mouth and was in need of four root canals and 4 crowns and also many fillings. Because of how bad his teeth looked he had not been able to smile in many years. It had hurt his self-esteem so bad and caused him to suffer from severe depression. He is only 17 years old. After Dr Chio and his fine hard-working staff finished with him he looked like a new person. I was so happy for him. He had worked hard at McDonald's and saved his money for many months in order to have the work done. Dr Chio noticed I had no upper or lower teeth and suggested dentures be made for me also. With the money my son had saved by going to Dr Chio he was able to loan me the money to get my dentures made. I plan to pay my son back in full for all the work that was done on both of us. He now wishes to go into the marines and use his GI loan to go to dental school when he gets out of the marines. He plans on helping other poor children who can't afford work done on their teeth. Thank you so much, Dr. Chio and all the people that helped in his office. There were many that helped. They stayed open into the night to get the work done so we could be back home by Christmas eve. I plan to come back in May or June with my wife to get her new dentures made also. They were all so kind and patient with us and that matters a lot to me. The doctors in Houston wanted thousands of more dollars and were down rite rude because they assumed we had no money at all. A Kind heart goes a long way.

I had extensive restorative work done on both my jaws which required oral surgery and implants. I was always explained thoroughly what the procedure takes and how we should plan for it, being that an international trip has to be made in case you need to return. I can’t stress this enough, it is all worth it! The staff is amazing, friendly, knowledgeable and extremely efficient. I want to mention Dr Juan for his skills and knowledge. Also for the willingness to find a solution to any problem no matter how difficult. Dr Aurora is great for advising and working with the schedule to accommodate any needs, like fitting my husband in at the same time to save an additional trip. Liz at the reception is extremely efficient, she answers immediately any questions I might ask on what’sApp when I am away from the clinic. Karlo is very nice and friendly and always on time. If I had more than five stars I would gladly give more. My husband and I return to this clinic with confidence every time we need to.

Dr Mario is awesome! He educates, take care of his clients, and executes flawlessly. He is a true specialist and craftsman and does phenomenal work! I just finished my work with him and I have to say he did AMAZING! He is a MASTER at what he does in dentistry! He goes above and beyond and yet takes the time to make you feel comfortable and consistently asks questions to ensure you are on the same page as him! I received 12 crowns in total, plus gum surgery, and deep cleaning with him. All of which were done flawlessly! Thanks Dr. Mario for everything!

I have to admit that I was nervous picking a doctor without a personal recommendation. (I always want a personal recommendation when I find medical care.) But, I couldn’t have been happier with my experience. I was only able to go down for a week (and over New Year’s at that). I needed quite a bit of work done, and Dr. Peniche made it happen within my schedule. He called me personally to make sure that he had all the information he needed to have everything ordered and prepared for my short visit. When I arrived everything went like clockwork. Dr. Peniche explained everything to me (both Dr. Peniche and Erica, his assistant, speak English incredibly well) and went over my options. He only wanted to do the work that he could guarantee would be successful. (But, he was able to do everything that I wanted to do while I was there.) The work was done quickly and efficiently. The office is small but clean and super well equipped. I have to say that I was way more impressed with Dr. Peniche’s care than I was with the care I got in the States (which I had been happy with). We hadn’t left yet and were already planning a return visit just to have Dr. Peniche do the last bit of work I need. I know that we don’t know each other, but if you need a personal recommendation, here it is! You won’t regret making an appointment with Dr. Peniche.

Vivianne was great, communicated very patiently and went way beyond the usual service. Two implants and a new upper denture were all very well done and she made sure I was completely satisfied before she let me leave, taking the extra time to do some final adjustments so they all fit perfectly. I won't go any place else now that I've received this excellent care.
