They(Stephanie and Caesar)were very professional and listened to all my needs. They are kind and thoughtful too.

You would be well served if you use them. I get compliments on my teeth and smile. I got 6 upper implants and a full bridge. I will be returning for more work now that my bottom implants have integrated.

They are much more affordable than Arizona.

I have had crowns, fillings and implants, and I highly recommend this office. I followed Dr Martinez when she left the office I had found initially, to open her own practice, seeing she was the reason I continued as a patient there. She is a perfectionist who takes her time to make sure everything is done correctly. Dr Herrera is an excellent surgeon. As a bonus, they both speak flawless English. Their prices are good and you will not regret using their services.

Dr. Estefannia Martinez has crowned four teeth for me. Very good work. One implant was put in place of a bridge. Dr. Cesar Herrera prepares the implant work. The best. My daughter is a high school teacher in and she recommended Dr. Martinez to her co-teacher. He was so happy with the work. The prices are very, and I mean very, reasonable. If you need an appointment or need to talk to her, call her and she will immediately answer unless she's busy with a patient and then will call back. One Sunday morning, I was in church in Arizona had to talk to her. I didn't think I would get an answer, but she answered immediately. If six stars were available, I would click on it.

The dentists at PATZI were extremely knowledgeable, dedicated, compassionate, and completed an extensive amount of work in both a cost effective and timely manner. I could say they were friendly but that would only be half the story because they are truly special people and will be considered friends for life.

Overall, I couldn't have been more impressed or happier with the entire experience and will never go anywhere else. Some of the larger dental clinics might be good but PATZI is simply the best!

They say bad things happen for a good reason. It’s an optimistic view, though sometimes it takes years to see that reason.

I began my dental implant journey in 2019 in Los Algodones. I was promised the work would be completed in 1.5 years, but it ended up taking almost four. The worst part? The incompetence of the dentist.

She placed three implants in my upper jaw incorrectly—one so poorly that I developed a bone infection, had to have the implant removed twice, and underwent three bone grafts. This alone delayed the completion of my treatment by two years.

But here’s the good that came from it: Dr. Cesar Herrera. He is truly gifted—born to be a surgeon. If not for everything I went through, I wouldn’t have met this talented young doctor.

The clinic’s staff insisted the problems were my fault—blaming my lack of bone and the infection. But aren’t these common issues for people getting dental implants? Thank you for inquiring. I had a root canal and bridge at PATZI. I was happy with the service I received from Dr Stephanie. I do have a question for the doctor who performed the root canal. There was an infection and was prescribed medication and returned a week later for the root canal. There was still some pain in the root canal area. I was given more medication following the procedure. This pain although minor persists. I have been travelling and have not been able to see another dentist. Based on this information do you feel I should contact another dentist for further evaluation? I appreciate your advice.
