What an amazing visit! Dr. Salazar and his staff made me feel right at home and at ease, they are literally angels sent from God, his staff guided me through calls and messages, with reassurance and with a big beautiful hearts, that made me feel at ease the second i walked in, the procedure was painless yes I was a bit nervous but the Dr's hands and work did not even feel they touched me, I highly highly recommend Dr. Salazar's clinic, I am definitely returning for more work. I'm so happy they found me ❤️ I am in no pain whatsoever. I am 71yrs old and had lost a bridge, one front tooth that was broken and missing also missing molar. I had a consultation with Dr Espinoza over zoom and made an appointment. The in-person meeting gave us a treatment plan that was decided to do all on 6 full mouth implants. The surgery went great, I have had no pain, just typical swelling and bruising which dissipated within 10 days. It's been 5 1/2 weeks since surgery, gums are healing great, upper sutures basically dissolved the lower gums a little longer. Dr Espinoza was a little concerned about some bone density and the ability of the bone to solidly adhere to the implants so he's going to scan after 3 months to see how they are progressing. Had bone grafts done also. This procedure is more than half of US prices, I couldn't afford it otherwise, the work needed to be done. The staff is very helpful and polite you can't go wrong with Perfect Smile. I am still a work in progress and will update you on progress.

My husband and I just returned from Vallarta and were very pleased with the services we received from Dentoamerica. My ‘double canal - root canal’ by Dr Sarah was painless, followed by an easy filling and review with Dr Kevin.
