I am 71yrs old and had lost a bridge, one front tooth that was broken and missing also missing molar. I had a consultation with Dr Espinoza over zoom and made an appointment. The in-person meeting gave us a treatment plan that was decided to do all on 6 full mouth implants. The surgery went great, I have had no pain, just typical swelling and bruising which dissipated within 10 days. It's been 5 1/2 weeks since surgery, gums are healing great, upper sutures basically dissolved the lower gums a little longer. Dr Espinoza was a little concerned about some bone density and the ability of the bone to solidly adhere to the implants so he's going to scan after 3 months to see how they are progressing. Had bone grafts done also. This procedure is more than half of US prices, I couldn't afford it otherwise, the work needed to be done. The staff is very helpful and polite you can't go wrong with Perfect Smile. I am still a work in progress and will update you on progress.

Vivianne was great, communicated very patiently and went way beyond the usual service. Two implants and a new upper denture were all very well done and she made sure I was completely satisfied before she let me leave, taking the extra time to do some final adjustments so they all fit perfectly. I won't go any place else now that I've received this excellent care.

The price in Guadalajara versus the cost in the US is mind-blowing, plus their equipment is all state-of-the-art. I may have been apprehensive before coming to Mexico, but I found the experience in the clinic exceptional. The Mexican people friendly, and Guadalajara Centro most engaging, and of course what else is there to be said about genuine Mexican cuisine (AY CARAMBA!). I am very happy with the treatment that the doctors in the clinic did. They put me in Invisalign and is the best treatment ever. It does not compare with the conventional brackets.
