I only had a retainer made. It is fine. They came and picked us up and took us back over the border which was really helpful. I will go back next time I need a dentist. This is the only out of five clinics that contacted me!

My husband and I were impressed from the minute we walked into the office. Very clean and bright. Yilka was very professional and knowledgeable. They say bad things happen for a good reason. It’s an optimistic view, though sometimes it takes years to see that reason. I began my dental implant journey in 2019 in Los Algodones. I was promised the work would be completed in 1.5 years, but it ended up taking almost four. The worst part? The incompetence of the dentist. She placed three implants in my upper jaw incorrectly—one so poorly that I developed a bone infection, had to have the implant removed twice, and underwent three bone grafts. This alone delayed the completion of my treatment by two years. But here’s the good that came from it: Dr. Cesar Herrera. He is truly gifted—born to be a surgeon. If not for everything I went through, I wouldn’t have met this talented young doctor. I used to believe that all dentists were the same, but now I know that a skilled doctor makes all the difference. The clinic’s staff insisted the problems were my fault—blaming my lack of bone and the infection. But aren’t these common issues for people getting dental implants? A true expert doesn’t see obstacles; they see solutions. Dr. Cesar Herrera is one of those rare experts. His wife, Dr. Estefannia Herrera, is equally skilled. Together, this brilliant couple provides exceptional care, ensuring everything is done properly and on time. They work as a team at their own implant center in Los Algodones “Patzi”. In the end, a bad experience led me to two outstanding professionals—and for that, I’m grateful.

I had a great experience here. I had two 4-tooth bridges, four crowns, two extractions, two implants and a cleaning. After discounts and insurance, my California dentist estimate was $17,000.00. $4900.00 was the bill here and another $1200.00 to finish off the implant crowns in five months. Dr. Rigoberto Vasquez and his assistant Nicole worked on me. Both of them struggled a bit with English but it was never an issue as they know enough to explain all of the procedures. All of the staff was super helpful and friendly. The equipment was state of the art and the facilities were very clean. Dr. Vasquez was the son of another dentist at the facility and his sister is a dentist there as well. I will be bringing my wife here also.

First visit was a consultation. Dr Ricardo Rodriguez he was so patient and explained my options at least 3 times. We decided on a treatment and went for it. In all my life (62) I’ve never experienced such care and concern from both Dr Rodriguez and his assistant Erika. I had a molar and 2 bottom front teeth extracted, 2 implants, a temporary bridge, a root canal (Unfortunately I don’t remember the specialist's name) He was also wonderful. And finally a deep cleaning. After every procedure, either Dr Rodriguez or his assistant would contact me as to how I was feeling, if I had any issues. If I did and contacted them they would reply within 1/2 hr. Absolutely amazing. I’m from Alberta Canada and I’m figuring the end cost is about 10% of what I would have paid in Canada. The care is second to none. I’ll be returning to have my permanent bridge placed in either a few months or next winter. I could not be happier. Thank you I should also mention with every procedure there was no pain!!

From the high tech equipment to the cleanliness of the clinic this was truly a great experience. I am terrified of going to the dentist but the staff here made me very comfortable. Everything was explained very carefully to me. All the work done to my teeth turned out fantastic! Dr.Mireya was beyond patient, kind & gentle and I will be happy to come back anytime I need more dental work. Thank you so much for all the beautiful work that was done on my teeth.

Over 3 years of total dental reconstruction-M69. 4 Extraction/bonegraft-implants and 25 crowns. My teeth were at the end of it’s pushing 70 years of hard work. Tired of regular tooth issues, debilitating my life. These porcelain crowns should outlive me. I’m from Canada and have visited Playa for the past 18 years, and looked at reviews on Dental Excellence. Dr Delgado fitted all that criteria and proved me right. Are you looking at finding a real professional at work? Zero pain dental surgery. This was my retirement present to myself at a third of the price in Canada.
