I saw Dr. Carlos Morales at the CME Dental Clinic back in January and he and his staff did a great job installing my 5 unit bridge and zirconia crowns. My bite feels great and I haven’t experienced pain or discomfort with my new bridge. Dr. Morales has all the latest dental technology to make your new smile look great. CME has a new digital scanner that can now take digital impressions of your entire mouth. This digital scanner is lot more accurate than the old way of taking impressions of your teeth by having you bite into a mold. Maybe that’s why my bite feels great when I chew my food. I also got to tour their new dental lab across the street where they make all their crowns and bridges and it was very impressive. They use all the top dental software and big screen computers to make your crowns look, fit, and feel great. Lastly, I recently had a liver transplant so I’m very careful about the dental clinic I chose to do my dental work since I’m immune compromised. Safety and cleanliness is VERY important to me!! This place definitely passed that test with me. They were very clean and took all the necessary safety precautions when they were working on my teeth. Check them out. I highly recommend them. CME stands behind all their dental work and will give you a written guarantee before you leave in case you ever experience any future problems. Your satisfaction is very important to them. The entire staff is very friendly and accommodating. Make sure you ask for the office manager Francisco and tell him I referred you. He will take good care of you. Vivianne was great, communicated very patiently and went way beyond the usual service. Two implants and a new upper denture were all very well done and she made sure I was completely satisfied before she let me leave, taking the extra time to do some final adjustments so they all fit perfectly. From the first minute, Dr. Delgado showed compassion, great doctor’s manners, excellent English, and a sense of humour that instantly made me feel comfortable—he was also clearly well-rounded and thoughtful in every topic we touched on. I was only in Playa del Carmen for two days, and he was incredibly flexible—after evaluation, he even arranged a driver for my CT scan and had me back in no time. His pricing was clear and fair, and he stuck to his word—no hidden fees, no surprises, which made the whole experience even more reassuring. He made a dental impression for a crown and told me to return in just a couple of hours—unbelievable compared to the weeks it takes back in the U.S.! He kindly showed me the laser dental machine that created a precise 3D model —it looked like that "Leeloo's DNA rebuild machine" straight out of sci-fi movie The Fifth Element! It was the only time I’ve had a crown placed with ZERO adjustments needed. I even squeezed in a teeth cleaning with Leny, his hygienist—she was super friendly and gave me great tips on places to visit in PDC. Because Dr. Delgado was so efficient and got everything done in one day, he freed up my second day—and I was even able to take a trip to Tulum!

I am very happy with the treatment that the doctors in the clinic did. They put me in Invisalign and is the best treatment ever. It does not compare with the conventional brackets.
