Good experience. Had a teeth cleaning and a consult. No surprises. Returning to have a couple fillings done in the new year.

I had extensive restorative work done on both my jaws which required oral surgery and implants. I was always explained thoroughly what the procedure takes and how we should plan for it, being that an international trip has to be made in case you need to return. I can’t stress this enough, it is all worth it! The staff is amazing, friendly, knowledgeable and extremely efficient. I want to mention Dr Juan for his skills and knowledge. Also for the willingness to find a solution to any problem no matter how difficult. Dr Aurora is great for advising and working with the schedule to accommodate any needs, like fitting my husband in at the same time to save an additional trip. Liz at the reception is extremely efficient, she answers immediately any questions I might ask on what’sApp when I am away from the clinic. Karlo is very nice and friendly and always on time. If I had more than five stars I would gladly give more. My husband and I return to this clinic with confidence every time we need to.

My husband recommended Susanna to me after he had been there for dental care. The clinic is clean and the staff is very friendly and helpful. Two years ago, I had 3 implants put in. Susanna’s work was painless. I am very pleased with my implants and the price was much more affordable than in the USA. Susanna checked on me the day after any dental work she had done. If you have any problems, Susanna will take care of you right away. I recently had my teeth cleaned there and the dental hygienist gave me the best cleaning I’ve ever had. I highly recommend this dental clinic.

Dr Mario is awesome! He educates, take care of his clients, and executes flawlessly. He is a true specialist and craftsman and does phenomenal work! I just finished my work with him and I have to say he did AMAZING! He is a MASTER at what he does in dentistry! He goes above and beyond and yet takes the time to make you feel comfortable and consistently asks questions to ensure you are on the same page as him! I received 12 crowns in total, plus gum surgery, and deep cleaning with him. All of which were done flawlessly! Thanks Dr. Mario for everything!

This was the absolute best dental treatment and experience I have had and stands head and shoulders above any treatment I have received in Canada in regards to the service, experience, quality of work, and cost. Not only this, but the staff were very efficient, informative, and friendly right from greeting you to getting to work within five minutes of arriving versus visiting a dentist in Canada who has you sit in the waiting room for 20 to 40 minutes before moving you to another room waiting for the dentist for another 15 to 30 minutes before starting the assembly line dental work. Neo Clinic offers you water, tea, or coffee, then within 5 to 10 minutes have you being evaluated, having x-rays taken, mapping out a plan of procedure and then explaining why they are recommending what they are doing and possible alternatives that you and the dentist can discuss. In terms of the office, it was modern and very clean, and even a large TV on the ceiling you can watch while your procedures are being done. I also felt very safe in the area of Cancun where the office is located, they even have a staff member to help you get the office or pick you up and drop you off if needed at no additional cost. The treatment I had completed was two root canals, some fillings, and a crown repair that had failed from previous work completed in Canada, to add to this the dentist explained what was going on and let me know that she would be using the best filling materials available to get a great colour match and a long-lasting result and all of this at a cost that is at least 50 to 60% less than what I would get in Canada. I was so happy with the Dentists and all the other support staff that I asked for six business cards that I will be giving to any of my friends who are in need of some dental work. I have in fact already recommended Neo Clinic to three people since returning from my visit to Neo Clinic in December 2023 and will continue to do so. Vivianne was great, communicated very patiently and went way beyond the usual service. Two implants and a new upper denture were all very well done and she made sure I was completely satisfied before she let me leave, taking the extra time to do some final adjustments so they all fit perfectly. I won't go any place else now that I've received this excellent care.

While here on vacation I was experiencing pain on an upper back tooth. I read great reviews on Dr Luis Delgado and reached out to him on WhatsApp. He got me in right away for a consultation. I am a very anxious patient due to a bad experience in the past. Dr Delgado was very understanding, gentle and caring. I had a root canal, filling and deep clean done and was EXTREMELY pleased with the care and treatment of these procedures. I highly recommend this Clinic and Dr Delgado.

Dr. Victor and his staff were outstanding. The communication prior to the surgery was excellent. They answered all of my many questions and concerns quickly. I came to ProClinic Dental after 50 years of neglected dental hygiene and dealing with the embarrassment of grossly crooked teeth. Dr. Aguero and his absolutely competent associates are a joy to deal with and are professional, affable, and intent on making your visit as pleasant and pain-free as possible. The price in Guadalajara versus the cost in the US is mind-blowing, plus their equipment is all state-of-the-art. I may have been apprehensive before coming to Mexico, but I found the experience in the clinic exceptional. The Mexican people friendly, and Guadalajara Centro most engaging, and of course what else is there to be said about genuine Mexican cuisine (AY CARAMBA!). I have already begun spreading the word to my friends (and a few enemies) to the positive results I see every time I look into a mirror and find myself smiling. Thank you ProClinic.

I am very happy with the treatment that the doctors in the clinic did. They put me in Invisalign and is the best treatment ever. It does not compare with the conventional brackets.

Dr. Ana is an incredibly nice person, and the entire staff is amazing. I visited the clinic to get my lips reduced. While booking my trip, I accidentally chose the wrong destination and ended up in Mexico City instead of Guadalajara. I had to take a bus trip to Guadalajara that lasted nearly 9-11 hours, arriving around 1 a.m. Dr. Ana waited for me the whole time, dropped me off at my Airbnb, and ensured I was safe. Some people enter healthcare for money, while others do it out of passion. Dr. Ana is definitely one of the passionate ones. Thanks to her, I've gained a whole new level of confidence, and I love my new lip size. I’m looking forward to future dental treatments at her clinic. I highly recommend them 100%. (From Florida)
