I only had a retainer made. It is fine. They came and picked us up and took us back over the border which was really helpful. I will go back next time I need a dentist. This is the only out of five clinics that contacted me!

My treatment was simply amazing! It was truly beyond expectation. Especially because I was in pain and feeling so emotional. The genuine kindness and professionalism I experienced were overwhelming in the best way. Working in the medical field myself, I know how rare it is to find such expertise paired with true compassion. Dr. Ivan, Bri, and their incredible team reminded me that there is still hope, honesty, and genuine professionalism out there. They say bad things happen for a good reason. It’s an optimistic view, though sometimes it takes years to see that reason. I began my dental implant journey in 2019 in Los Algodones. I was promised the work would be completed in 1.5 years, but it ended up taking almost four. The worst part? The incompetence of the dentist. She placed three implants in my upper jaw incorrectly—one so poorly that I developed a bone infection, had to have the implant removed twice, and underwent three bone grafts. This alone delayed the completion of my treatment by two years. But here’s the good that came from it: Dr. Cesar Herrera. He is truly gifted—born to be a surgeon. If not for everything I went through, I wouldn’t have met this talented young doctor. I used to believe that all dentists were the same, but now I know that a skilled doctor makes all the difference. The clinic’s staff insisted the problems were my fault—blaming my lack of bone and the infection. But aren’t these common issues for people getting dental implants? A true expert doesn’t see obstacles; they see solutions. Dr. Cesar Herrera is one of those rare experts. His wife, Dr. Estefannia Herrera, is equally skilled. Together, this brilliant couple provides exceptional care, ensuring everything is done properly and on time. They work as a team at their own implant center in Los Algodones “Patzi”. In the end, a bad experience led me to two outstanding professionals—and for that, I’m grateful.

I finally got time to write my review…. Our appointment was in Aug 2025, with The Prostho Studio. It was a warm day and good thing we didn’t have to walk too far as a courtesy dental office provided transportation near the border entrance, which made us feel at ease. We really had a great experience and enjoyed our time there—I don’t know if I ever said that about a dental appointment LOL! Anyhow, Dr Andres provided excellent customer service along with his crew, including Frank. We really liked the manner in which all aspects of the dental analysis and work recommended were explained. The state-of-the-art dental equipment, including digital images, really allowed us to understand the overall situation regarding our teeth. I’m so glad I chose your office. Thank you for your professionalism, expertise and honest responses. We look forward to continuing to have our oral care treatments in your office!

I’ve been seeing Dr. Morales for years now, and I can honestly say he’s the absolute best! I used to have a fear of going to the dentist, but Dr. Morales completely took that fear away. He is gentle, highly skilled and a genuinely nice person. Dr. Morales has done root canals, crowns, and fillings for me, and I have always felt totally comfortable in his care. He also has never tried to upsell or recommend anything unnecessary, which I really appreciate. But not only Dr. Morales, the entire team at CME Dental is great. They are friendly, professional, and super helpful. Francisco helped me arrange the hotel accommodation in Los Algodones and picked me up from the airport in Yuma. He was always checking in and offering to help with anything I needed. I remember feeling totally overwhelmed with the choice of dentists, when I first came to Los Algodones, but I was lucky to find Dr. Morales. Now I will not go anywhere else.

My experience began with research and ended with choosing RD Dental first because of their quick response and pricing (not the cheapest). They answered all my questions quickly. Yes, I was nervous about going into the unknown—from Canada to get implants—but the savings helped considerably! My sister and I flew into Phoenix, where we were quickly picked up by Jesus and Rossel from the clinic. We felt very comfortable right from the start! After a few stops in Yuma for lunch and coffee, the border crossing was so easy! They took us to the Hotel California, made sure we were checked in, and confirmed our appointment for the next day at 9 a.m. The hotel was ‘quaint’—nothing fancy, but clean, with air conditioning and a convenient café (great coffee and fresh donuts every day) and restaurant. The clinic also provided transport every day to and from the clinic if we wanted it. My first appointment went well. I initially planned for six implants, but after consulting with the dentist and reviewing the scans, I ended up getting eight implants, two root canals with crowns, an extraction, whitening, and, of course, a cleaning. After lunch at the adjoining restaurant, I went for the two root canals. Let me just say—if I had had two root canals at home, my mouth would have been sore for at least three days. Not here! The dentist numbed just enough, and we were able to enjoy the rest of our afternoon. The next day included scans, crown fittings, whitening, and cleaning—thank you to Dr. Irma Barcia! She was gentle and quick. There was a lot of waiting around, but patience is key—it’s ‘Mexican time.’ The next day was the implants. Dr. Irma fitted the crowns, and then I saw Dr. Hector Manchvil (spelling?), the implant specialist. I was so nervous, but wow—he did an awesome job. Three hours later, I was walking out! While walking around Los Algodones, I saw numerous people with a lot of bruising—but not with Dr. Hector. I went back the next day, and there was very little swelling and no bruising. The following day was for recovery, and then on Friday, Mariela (the owner of both the dental clinic and restaurant) and Rossel drove us back to Phoenix. I know this was long, but I am looking forward to returning in September to finish up with the crowns. The whole crew here was fabulous! I can’t forget about Ivan at the front counter, the dental assistants, and the waitresses at the restaurant! I highly recommend RD Dental. Found this office and contacted them and was contacted next day with requested information. I made the appointment and was greeted both by the doctor himself as well as the coordinator. As far as the service, I had a root canal and crown done that went very well. The doctor performed the root canal with ease and I barely felt any pain, he answered all my questions, explained step by step what he was doing, and ordered and fit the crown and installed it the same day. The doctor is very nice and the office although looks average from the outside, was very clean and neat. I actually enjoyed this trip this time and have been going to a different dentist there previously, decided on a change. He is very nice and as I said, is neat and clean and I have no hesitation about going again. I don’t give reviews unless they are deserved and I don’t put reviews unless they are true. Feel confident that this doctor will perform whatever you need with professionalism and compassion. I also received a follow-up the next day asking how I feel and if everything is fine. I would also like to compliment the gentleman who coordinated the appointment. GOOD JOB.

I found Dr. Salazar‘s clinic online, I called and immediately, was able to speak to a representative of his office who was fluent in English. I called on Thursday and received an appointment on Saturday. On Saturday when I arrived in Progreso, I parked on the US side and was met by one of his office staff at the bridge. She accompanied me to the office. The office was clean, cool and professional. I was evaluated a digital scan was completed and we discussed my treatment options. I had had injury to both of my front teeth when I was quite young and knew that veneers were not going be a long-term option for me, due to the width of my smile and the color of my permanent teeth I knew that I was looking at several crowns. Dr. Salazar and I made the decision to aesthetically improve my smile with zirconia crowns. The prep work for my crowns was performed the same day with placement of temporary crowns with very little discomfort. I was able to choose the shade of my crowns.My second appointment was on Sunday. The crowns were in office and a basic fitting was done with a few adjustments. I was completely stunned by the results and so happy that I made the decision to see Dr. Salazar and his team. I could have never had dental work like this done in the US. It would’ve involved many dental appointments loss of time at work and a lot more money. In fact I wouldn’t of been able to afford the same treatment plan in the states. When I was finished, Dr. Salazar made sure that I got back to my car safely, although I never felt unsafe during my trip. I found the staff very responsive and accommodating to my needs. I will definitely return for any future dental needs. Many thanks to Dr. Salazar and his professional staff.

All good news when it comes to this clinic. The staff were friendly. Scheduling was a breeze. Dr. Leonardo was very professional and I'm so happy with the results of my implants. I should mention the cost was extremely affordable.

My husband used Stetic Implant and Dental Centers for his major dental work and was so happy with the results and cost that I decided to use them for my implants and crowns. The staff is very professional and the work was excellent. My dentist at home was very impressed with the work when I went for my cleaning b Excellent value for the work completed. They offered me an appointment quickly after making contact via WhatsApp. I had a loose crown which was fixed during the consultation so no need for another appointment.
