Dr Boztosun did a great job for my first-ever plastic surgery, that was breast reduction. She is extremely skilled and knowledgeable, has a polite manner and is helpful with any concerns or questions I raised pre-surgery. Hospital staff, and nurses that is her team ensured that I had a smooth prep, surgery and follow-up. She was informative and understanding and ensured that I was confident and comfortable before the procedure as it was my first-ever surgery. I feel that I have definitely got my desired result with my expectations met as I was listened to in the beginning. I received a really good quality of care including follow-up appointments post-surgery and would highly recommend her to anyone looking to have such a procedure.

I initially had my surgery booked with Dr Reddy. However he became very unwell. Lorraine - highly experienced (patient coordinator) gave me a call as soon as she could and scheduled my consultation with another surgeon Mr Khan straight away. I was able to come in within a few days for consultation face to face and all being well I would go ahead with the surgery. So far so good. I underwent my surgery yesterday (5th Feb 2022) and I can’t thank the staff (anaesthetists) - who were just hilarious and made me feel completely at ease and nursing team enough who were so kind and caring (and of course my surgeon - who listened to everything I had to say from start to finish) Thanks so much for making me feel so comfortable. Again I was booked in for a closed rhinoplasty however Mr Khan opted for open and due to the unforeseen circumstances I was not charged an extra penny. I had surgery the end of June and it was faultless. Afaf was fantastic, always answering any question promptly and professionally, a real asset for the hospital. The hospital was like an hotel, my partner was allowed to stay with me and the food was far better than we’d get in the U.K. My surgeon Dr Omer Polat had a very caring, honest and professional attitude. I originally thought I had bags over my eyes, but he assured me it was an ‘A’ deformity, he could have taken my money and removed the slightest bit of fat, he didn’t he advised against it saying it wasn’t worth the risk, which I was grateful for. His assessment on my legs was also 100% honest, making me fully aware of the outcomes I could expect. I’m now 3 weeks post op and every time I take my compression garments off to shower, I could cry ( tears of happiness) the results are amazing. I totally would 100% recommend Gotze and please don’t be put off by having your surgery in Turkey…. It totally knocked the care I received in the U.K. at a private hospital into fits.

Brilliant service from start to finish. From the initial message I sent and subsequent correspondence via WhatsApp to arriving in Kiev and my consultation, operation and aftercare. I had a consultation here about treatment for my condition, it was very thorough and utmost professionalism. From the front staff to the surgeon it is the most reassuring level of professionalism. I do need to return but that is included in the fee no matter how many times you need to talk to the surgeon or additional treatment, most highly recommended.
