My Dr. Joshua is very thorough and professional. I’ve had extensive dental work including implants. Today I went for a checkup and wisdom tooth pulled. Met at the border by the Dr’s assistant, Alex, who drove us to the very nice new office. Alex was very pleasant and helpful. When the visit was complete, he drove us back to the boarder.
The office is modern, clean, and spotless. The doctor gave me a tour and I saw several examination rooms and an on-site lab for making crowns. I saw lots of gleaming equipment and half a dozen staff in the office. It’s much larger than your typical dentist office in the US. Dr Munoz gave me a really good price for root canals, crowns and an implant. It’s probably 1/3 of what it costs in the US. You could probably save more if you went to a dentist on some side street in a dusty border town. But I felt this was a first-class operation and I trusted the doctor's judgement. I can’t say the root canals were painless. They weren’t. But the pain was less than expected. Furthermore, I wasn’t even aware that he had started and almost finished placing the implant. The whole thing was over in a couple of hours. One thing I really like about the implant is that there is no waiting six months to attach the abutment and crown. He uses a more modern system where this can be done a few days after receiving the implant

My family has been going to Dr Rodriguez at Ciro for over 10 years. We were always happy with the care we received. We could have never paid for all that work at US prices. The office is small but clean and very professional, I recommend. Park on the Arizona side near Tucson and just walk 5 minutes over the border.
I'm 60 years old and have had a lot of very expensive dental work done over the years and I can say unequivocally that this was my best experience. The office was immaculate, everyone was super nice, and spoke perfect English. I was actually 1.5 hours late for my appointment because I had phone problems and got lost. Dr. Ortiz still did the work and it was actually painless. My typical dental visit leaves me a sweaty mess and then I cry when I get the in car. No sweat or tears this time! I'm ecstatic with his work and the prices are fantastic compared to the US as well.

I booked an appointment online for myself and my husband - heard back almost immediately and both of us were in the next day for a cleaning and checkup. Guillermo was very pleasant, professional and fluent in English. We booked additional appointments to have numerous root canals and overlays completed during our time in Merida. Guillermo made sure appointments were spaced out for our physical comfort and he also made sure everything would be completed days before we left - just to make sure we had no problems. Had four root canals, two bridges, two crowns, twelve teeth pulled and five implants absolutely no pain during and after treatment. “AMAZING “. Very good value and work. I choose this clinic because of the impression they left me with on first visit. Consultation and x-rays ate free other than the CT scan which was only taken after agreement to proceed. Told me to take my time in deciding to go think about it or see another clinic, I took about twenty steps and stopped they made such a good impression and had me feeling relaxed, I returned and said okay, they started the procedure right away, my wife then decided to get dental work done also. I am a guy that is petrified of dentists and needles. Not with them, I was totally relaxed. I can’t say enough good about Innova Dental. And great prices
