This office was very professional and friendly. I was treated very very well and the doctor did a good job on a difficult tooth. She was very kind and I felt very safe. I would go back again no questions asked. I drove myself there and found easy parking no problem. It was a great experience and we made new friends we will see again! Very very happy!!!!!

I have been having dental treatments with Dr Peniche for a few years now. From numerous crowns and dental implants I keep coming back to him because of his professionalism, his commitment to provide the best care and options available for his patients. In the beginning he insisted my teeth needed to be straightened, a process that would take somewhere around 18 months to 2 years. As I was nearly 70 I decided that I didn’t want to do this so eventually he agreed to work with what I had and would try to tidy up my smile the best that was possible. So crowns were done to even out the teeth that needed treatment, then implants were used where there were multiple teeth involved. As I was coming from out of the country he always made every attempt to accommodate my travel plans. He and his staff were all so professional and helpful with every aspect of my treatments. I made an appointment for a crown but over time my tooth had cracked and was very painful. The dentist explained that the only option at that point was to extract the tooth. The procedure was seamless and everything was explained to me thoroughly. They even picked me up at my hotel for the appointment!

I had a most wonderful experience at Dental Solutions once again. The dentist and his assistant built an 8 tooth bridge after pulling a decayed tooth and did a marvelous and perfect job, as well as put crowns on 3 upper teeth. It was an extremely good job and at a very good value, I have a better bite now too and love my teeth. Dr. Ledsma put in 4 implants before and I am also pleased with those.

Dr. Kim takes the time to explain and show what is needed and how he would like to do each procedure. Would I recommend Dr. Kim. Yes, no problem. My mouth feels good. His hours are good and he is a smart person. Interesting to hear a person from Korea go from speaking to his assistants then switching to English speaking to me with a Korean accent. Would I go back? Yes without a question.

I went to this clinic to have my teeth cleaned. Originally I wanted a tooth filled, but it was too far gone to save it. Having this work done was definitely worth the money. I paid about half or a third of the price it would have cost me in Canada. I’m very happy with the service and results. The clinic was fairly good. I’m back in Canada now, but I’ll definitely consider having treatment with Ideal Dental again. It’s difficult to say what the best part of a dentist visit is (I mean, you’re essentially paying someone for pain). However, the staff were great. Everyone was so happy and friendly. The technician who spoke English well, translated for me when I didn’t understand. It’s kind of a community clinic that's a fairly long taxi ride from any of the main centres in Mexico. I thought they were three blocks from the main centre, but they were actually miles away.
