I was always explained thoroughly what the procedure takes and how we should plan for it, being that an international trip has to be made in case you need to return. I can’t stress this enough, it is all worth it! The staff is amazing, friendly, knowledgeable and extremely efficient. I want to mention Dr Juan for his skills and knowledge. Also for the willingness to find a solution to any problem no matter how difficult. Dr Aurora is great for advising and working with the schedule to accommodate any needs, like fitting my husband in at the same time to save an additional trip. Liz at the reception is extremely efficient, she answers immediately any questions I might ask on what’sApp when I am away from the clinic. Karlo is very nice and friendly and always on time. If I had more than five stars I would gladly give more. My husband and I return to this clinic with confidence every time we need to.
