As long as I can remember, I was unsatisfied by the shape of my face. One day, I decided to take action and improve my appearance. Knowledge, experience and love for his work were the key points. He gave me plenty of his precious time to explain and answer every question I had. In October I had a breast reduction operation arranged by A New You clinic. I attended the clinic after the surgery for changing of dressings. The nurse at A New You, Kelly was very good. She explained how to look after the operation sites and gave me spare dressings etc. The Surgeon was great, very down to Earth and approachable. He explained everything very clearly. I am really pleased I had the op it has healed well and the scars are fading. I was impressed by the care at the clinic and the friendliness of all the staff.

I visited the Pall Mall Medical centre on Monday 5th September for a routine blood check. The receptionist was very kind and professional, the appointment was on time. The nurse was very gentle and caring. As promised my results had arrived next morning via email. Excellent value for money. Thank you I will be revisiting for a follow up review.
