The staff were extremely welcoming and professional, immediately making me feel at ease. Dr. Onur, with his expertise and friendly demeanor, felt more like a friend through the process, which was very comforting. During the procedure, Dr. Onur was not only technically proficient but also very attentive to my comfort and well-being. The staff were always on hand, ensuring that everything went smoothly and that I felt supported throughout. The atmosphere in the clinic was warm and reassuring, which greatly helped reduce any anxiety I had about the surgery. Post-procedure, the care did not wane; it was consistent and thorough. The staff checked in on me frequently, and Dr. Onur was always available to address any concerns I had during my recovery. The results have been excellent, and I am thrilled with the transformation. I am very thankful for my experience with Dr. Hardal and his team. I flew to Istanbul from Germany because he was recommended to me and I didn‘t get disappointed! The whole team was very nice and professional and I felt in good hands during the whole process. So firstly, it’s so important to read reviews. Which is the reason I booked with febris and it’s safe to say I do not regret it!! From the start I was speaking to Ayse who answered all my questions and supported me right until the end, she is lovely, polite and will always give you a response with questions. I was collected from the airport, taken for bloods and took to the hospital which vanity have. I stayed overnight there in a big clean room with all facilities and wifi. After surgery, I was transferred to my hotel room only when the surgeon felt I was okay to do so! The hotel is around the corner and is perfect, breakfast is included and the hotel staff were always on hand to help when I asked for something, they couldn’t do enough for you if I’m honest. My surgeon was friendly and overall very informative. It’s not easy going for surgery alone in a different country, but honestly over all I was absolutely fine. So I just wanted to thank my surgeon for this amazing job (I had a bbl and implants) and also to Simge who was there for support after my surgery. I will definitely be back!!!

My experience at the clinic was great. Dr Ferhat and his assistant have a lot of patience for their patients. I had ffs done and I had a lot of questions and worries after the surgery and the doctor would take the time to videocall me to make sure I was alright and that I had nothing to worry about. The price was very reasonable and I would definitely recommend going to him.

I had gastric sleeve with Dr. Osman Uyar this week. Melih, my translator and representative picked me up at the airport personally. He took great care of me throughout the week and made sure I was always receiving what I needed and was comfortable. My surgery was well explained and went without issue. Aftercare was 24/7. Nurses don't speak much English but are well trained and very friendly. Google translate made communication easy. My private suite was spacious, two rooms, with own bathroom/toilet. I always had privacy. It was cleaned everyday as well, including bedding changes. Upon returning home, I received everything needed for my post op liquid diet as well as vitamins and some medications. In the beginning I was very nervous about traveling alone from the Netherlands for surgery but Mel, and the staff of Grandmedical put me at ease. Very happy with my decision and recommend to any looking into medical tourism for WLS.

I have curvature, congestion in my nose, whatever you want. I made an appointment with Ozan Seymen. After the necessary appointments and procedures were established, I came to Turkey. I had my operation within a week. It was not hard as I expected It's been almost 6 months since I had the surgery, friends from the team still communicate with me for control, a team that is really expert in their work.

I live in London; I travelled to Istanbul on the 30th of November to meet doctor Baki Yilmaz for rhinoplasty surgery. The tip of my nose was quite wide and weak, while my nose septum deviated. I was amazed by the end results because doctor B.Ylmaz delivered an excellent result and I didn’t feel any pain after operation; also I have to say that the doctors assistant Nur was really helpful planning the trips from airport and back and forward from hospital to hotel; the whole team is super professional and friendly. Now after one month of my operation my nose looks slimmer, symmetrical and it gets more and more defined. I highly recommend doctor Baki Ylmaz and his team for an excellent end result.

I am now 1 week and 2 days post op and I am feeling great! I have had a mini TT and 360 lipo and also went with my friend who had breast uplift with 360 lipo. The service and whole experience have been amazing! I have never felt so looked after! I have had multiple surgeries in the UK and the aftercare and experience have been so much better with Clinic Europe. Anywhere we needed to go, we sent a text and the driver was there! Appointments were arranged and the driver was there. The room service was incredible and the room was so cosy and clean for our recovery, ozgun was at the hotel daily to visit and change our dressings and was available for anything we needed, she is so sweet 😊 Hazel was our host and organised everything for us and anything we needed she organised. It was so nice to speak to our surgeon beforehand as he spoke very good English! Although the hospital staff could not speak good English. But the night nurse we had during our hospital stay was so lovely! She cared for our needs and we felt so looked after! The hospital was clean and comfortable for our stay and overall the whole experience has been fantastic! I would 100% recommend this place and will defo be returning for future surgeries, thank you so much, guys. P.S.
