My overall experience at clinic for you. RESEARCH IS ONE OF YTHE MOST IMPORTANT FACTORS WHEN LOOKING FOR THE CORRECT SURGEON AND TEAM,ALONG SIDE WORD OF MOUTH. First of all i did my research and went on the web site called What Clinic uk,and after several weeks of checking out the surgeons and his team also hospital found Clinic For You was the one i felt most reassuring for all the above. I contacted a lady via the web site (clinic for you ) (Dr Rataj ) whom was called Eveline,from the first contact she was extremely helpful and went above and beyond to assist any questions i was infused with optimism ,So after spending several weeks talking to Eveline i decided to book up and go over to have my consultation, however i sent pictures previously so the doctor could advise if he thought my treatment was necessary. We flew over and we were collected from the airport by Eveline,who may i add is super at her job and there was no language barrier what so ever her English was super, she took me to a lovely clinic in Wroclaw where i met the doctor (Dr Rataj)Whom upon approach seems quite fast paced speaking, please don’t let this worry you, the doctors English was not so great but i now know he understand English very well,it was speaking it he found a little difficult, however my polish is non existent, so i am sure we can all relate to this. Eveline how ever translated every thing the doctor said and i was extremely surprised when Eveline stated the doctor advised hes not happy to do a surgery when its clearly not needed(lipo)(5 years ago) in a certain area? This made me feel super confidant that i was in good hands for the other procedures i was booked in for. Mini face lift and Blepharoplasty,he said i was able to go ahead with it and results will be very good. So we(me and a friend) was taken to get bloods done,in a beautiful clean new hospital and was in and out with 15mins,and took to our apartment, with all the instructions we needed to follow for pre opp. We decided to take a look around the old town and i must say it is beautiful, if you have hever been then this will be a wonderful experience to go and check out the places surroundings the old town too, we had a wonderful evening and went back to the hotel where we was looked after by the wonderful staff. we did book this ourselves not through the clinic, but im aware you can also book up through clinic for you via Eveline. The morning of the surgery So i as collect from hotel at 7.15 am to go and have my surgery done, we got to the clinic and there was no waiting around was taken straight in and upstairs to fill in all relevant paper work, once this was done i was taken to my room which as Very Very clean and Eveline assured me that she will be there to answer any more questions i had, however i had covered all of this before going to Poland. So i was happy and confidant that i was in safe and profession hands. Meeting the nurses. The nurses i can’t praise enough even tho there English is a little out of tough this did not in now way compromise there nursing skills, they made sure throughout the whole stay i was comfortable and pain free,(extremely important ) i got to build up a rapport with the two nurses Iona and gwen,remember your in Poland and they speak polish,as we do English don’t know a single word in polish,the same would apply for most polish people. i expect, so don’t be scared of the lack of English they cant talk they understand you fully. The operation Once the time came to have the operation i was walked down by one of the nurses who kindly held my hand and took me to the theatre, which is extremely modern. I was then ready for my face lift and eye surgery,i had general which was my preference, this was offered to me under local, but i declined due to previous experience with it.i was in and out before i knew it and woken up and to my surprise i was in no pain, there was slight discomfort due to the tightness on my eyes and face, which is expected with this procedure, however i looked in the mirror and seen what i looked like and it was little scary at first, which i was advised there would be bruising and slight tightness, and assured this was normal. After spending the night in hospital and looked after by the staff i was happy to get up and get dressed and go see the surgeon (Dr Rataj) along with Eveline. He assured me all was fine and advised the best after care i should take to assure optimum results,( creams and massaging and stitches removal) i was given cream and advised to rest and he would see me in a couple of days’ was extremely happy and felt confident that the doctor did he very best . Recovery I was doing just fine,I was a little worried about what people would think with my eyes being black and a bandage around my face and ears, however it seemed the norm there, nobody really cared what you looked like and were very friendly and assisted us if we needed it. so the dsy before we flew, we were collected and taken to see the doctor for him to assess the results and confirm its ok to get back on the plane and go home, which he did results were just as he expected. And said your fine to go, please follow up on after care.and have a safe journey home,please send us pictures on a regular basis so we can advise on any issues you may have . Summery of the whole experance Well after seeing the results and the doctor making me look 30 agen when I’m 50 i was so impressed and so were everyone whom seen me and the results, over the last 5 years i have decided to have several other procedure as well as my husband having rhinoplasty I’m happy to say i would not even consider going anywhere else after my experience in harly street 17 years ago with breast implants. i have been now to Poland for surgery 4 times and each time i have have come back my results have been amazing,i am done now for the next 5/7 years but when i do need that little tweek it will be( Dr Rataj )who i will put my trust in as well as his team of professional employers’i cant thank them enough for being such a wonderful supporting team and getting me the results I wanted as well as my husband, and several other of my friends who will be going/been over to Poland to have surgery. Each surgery I had turned out perfect am truly blessed to have been able to find such a doctor who takes so much pride in his working hands and his magic. I was so impressed with the attention to detail would recommend this doctor and team to anyone who may be considering plastic surgery of such high quality. both me and my husband and friends felt it was 1st class treatment and the final result of both me and my husband are perfect, both of us have had no issue upon returning home after his/mine procedures.
