I can recommend Dr Chan without hesitation I was referred to him for a basal skin cancer which was very noticeable on my forehead. He is very calm and professional, leaving you with no doubt that he is an expert. He takes his time to make sure everything is clear and you understand his thinking and the entire process from surgery to recovery. The surgery was smooth and he responded quickly to my multiple questions post-surgery. The result was a very clean scar without having to do a skin graft. Possibly the most caring professional I have met.

I made an appointment to meet Mr. Harley to discuss what could be done with my nose. I’ve been unhappy with the appearance of my nose for years (I had a steep bridge). Mr. Harley examined my nose and took pictures from different angles. He showed me photos of before and after work, he’s carried out on other patients in or a similar situation and started to talk about what could be done with mine. Mr. Harley understood what I wanted to be done and showed me on his computer roughly what it could look like. He was very honest and professional throughout which made me feel confident I was making the right decision. Later that day I received an email from Mr. Harleys secretory Linda with my quotation, which included a full break down of all the costs. I personally thought the price was reasonable for the type of operation I was expecting to have. As soon as I agreed to go ahead, Mr. Harley wanted to see me again Incase I had any other questions and to make sure I was 100% happy. On the morning of my operation, I checked in at reception and got shown to my room. The nurses introduced themselves and done some tests (all the nurses are extremely helpful and kind). Mr. Harley came and saw me make sure I was ok and took some more photos. After my operation I was looked after very well by everyone - nurses and healthcare assistants kept checking on me and offering me something to drink/eat. Mr. Harley saw me later that day to see how I was and explained how the operation went. After a comfortable night, it was almost time for me to go home. The nurses and Mr. Harley done some final tests and gave me some medication to take home - they explained what I should do if I had any problems and to call anytime. After a week, I had my splint and stitches removed. Mr. Harley was pleased with the result and so was I 100%! He explained it takes around a year for the nose to completely settle down which is understandable. Overall I can honestly say I am so happy with the service and care I received. All the staff are friendly, professional and always wanting to help. Mr. Harley is very professional, honest and caring - I would recommend him to anyone as he takes great pride in his work and looks after his patients.

Being a person that is afraid of surgery and have experience before one bad surgery (in my opinion) I was very afraid to contact the doctor at the beginning! But after I contact him and go for a visit to his office I change my mind! For me, a doctor that can calm you is very important and Willing to listen to you to every problem that you think you have! The problem that I experienced is gynecomastia a common problem with men’s but a taboo one. After my surgery, I’m in a position to tell you that 100% of this problem is no more. Perfect results, no pain at all after the surgery. A very clean clinic with a nice environment and good vibes. The most important Dr Stam will be here for you before and after the surgery to be sure that you are 100% good and healthy! It was an amazing experience with a perfect doctor and I strongly suggest everyone that having second thoughts to just go for a visit to the doctor and see for himself if I telling the truth! If you feel that you don’t like something when you go visit the doctor for an amazing experience and perfect results so you can feel and do everything to the max!
