Dr Ruiz and his team were extremely sensitive to my needs. They made not only me but also my husband feel very comfortable. My husband had a slight medical issue, and everyone at Dr Rumo’s office accommodated us in a caring way. I had a lot of teeth pulled and received dentures. Doc explained everything at every step to make sure I was comfortable. I would highly recommend the staff and dentist at the Rumo office. Thank you, Doc!

STOP SHOPPING!!! After 3 years of dentures not working, I had given up. An American dentist really messed up my lower jaw, and frankly, the experience with that American dentist really gave me nightmares. My wife asked me to consider Dr Ivan Puente. I did, and he is now the only Dentist I will go to!!! I chose him because of the reviews, figuring I could always walk away if either my wife or I saw or heard anything we didn't like or agree with. His facility is so immaculately clean. His staff went way above and beyond to ensure that I understood everything that was going to happen. Dr. Puente was so professional and made certain that we not only understood; he showed us exactly EVERYTHING he was going to do and what would happen afterwards! His staff met us at the border, so we felt safe. My problems required a 3-night stay; the hotel they took us to was clean and safe, the price of the hotel was included in the dental fees, AND his staff made certain we were happy with the accommodations. We slept all 3 nights soundly. So folks, STOP shopping and just make an appointment with Dr. Ivan Puente! You can always go elsewhere, but you won't regret making and keeping an appointment with him.

Dr. Herrera & Dr Martinez were very professional. They communicated with me through this whole process. No hidden fees, they were straightforward. She pays attention to detail! and quite beautiful, I might add❤️😊👍, Sandra, the dental assistant, was also amazing and very detailed with her work! I had my whole mouth done in June with beautiful zirconia crowns, an extraction with an implant to come. Even the temporary that was placed over the missing tooth is beautiful. Best Dentist and staff! Everyone went out of their way to be of maximum assistance!
